| In his ten meditations on management,Henry Mintzberg said,"organizations need constant nurturing and care".A good organizational atmosphere makes the structure of the enterprise more stable,and a deep sense of belonging makes employees stay in the enterprise continuously,so they are willing to work hard for the common goal of the organization.This can not only reduce the human cost of the enterprise,increase the profit of the enterprise,but also be beneficial to the long-term development of the enterprise.As the generation born after 1980 s and 1990 s enters the workplace,the proportion of the new generation employees aged between 18 and 35 years old is increasing,and the management of the new generation of employees is increasingly valued by enterprises and management scholars.The new generation of employees have formed their unique personalities different from those born in the 1960 s and 1970 s due to the changes in the social environment in which they grew up.The influence of organizational atmosphere on their sense of belonging is more obvious.Therefore,how to improve the organizational atmosphere to improve the sense of belonging of the new generation of employees,maximize the advantages of the new generation of employees,and promote the long-term sound development of the enterprise,is a very important practical problem.This paper introduces the definition and constitution dimensions of organizational atmosphere,job embedding and sense of belonging,and constructs the relationship model among them.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the condition of the new generation employees’ sense of belonging to the enterprise,and uses the structural equation model to verify the relationship between organizational atmosphere,job embedding and the new generation employees’ sense of belonging.Starting from improving the organizational atmosphere,this paper puts forward management Suggestions to enhance the sense of belonging of the new generation of employees.The research shows that: creating a good organizational atmosphere can deepen the deep connection between the new generation of employees and their work,and can stimulate the emotional belonging of employees;The work embedded in the three dimensions of organizational atmosphere plays a part in mediating the relationship between the new generation employees’ emotional sense of belonging and their continuous sense of belonging. |
