In today's society,with the rapid development of economy and culture,the public's humanistic quality is not only related to personal life,but also a sign of social civilization,which has become one of the core issues of urban civilization construction.With the continuous development of Internet technology,China has entered the "Internet plus" era.Under the background of "Internet +" social science popularization also ushered in the high speed development period,with the support of Internet technology can effectively expand the influence of social science popularization and spreading effect,speed up the information transmission,social science popularization way of knowledge innovation,meet the needs of the mass of information,so as to improve the cultural quality.Based on the present situation of H province social science popularization and its existing problems as the research content,in the H province concluded on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of social science popularization,mainly using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method and other methods,obtain the main body constitution,laws and regulations construction,funds investment,the development situation of information,This paper analyzes the problems and causes of social science popularization under the current "Internet plus" background,and summarizes three factors affecting the popularization of social science in H province,namely political factors,cultural factors and economic factors..Finally,the paper proposes improvement measures for the popularization of social science in H Province from three aspects: first,strengthen the influence of the government's macro policies;second,update traditional ideas and build a new mode of social science popularization;third,establish a diversified investment system.It is hoped that this paper can provide relevant suggestions for the development of Internet social science popularization in H Province,and provide reference for social science popularization personnel to carry out social science popularization in the new era.
