Research On The Training Mode Of Badminton Reserve Talent In Wen Zhou

The training of reserve talents for badminton is an important part of the training of reserve talents for competitive sports in our country.With the rapid development of social economy,my country’s original competitive sports reserve talent training system can no longer meet the development needs of today’s badminton reserve talent training methods.Based on the general background of national system reform and development,based on Wenzhou’s sports reform pilot cities and related theories of system changes,this research conducted a systematic analysis of the training methods of Wenzhou badminton reserve talents.It is believed that Wenzhou is in the training of badminton reserve talents.A successful experience has been achieved.On the basis of training bases for badminton reserve talents and talent transmission channels,Wenzhou City uses social forces to run sports reform pilots,and builds a training method for badminton reserve talents based on private badminton clubs,private sports schools,integration of sports and education,and integration of sports and education.,Formed a training system led by the city’s sports schools and coordinated development of diversified training methods,and became a sports reform pilot city that can be promoted nationwide.At the present stage,the multiple co-governance training model of badminton reserve talents in Wenzhou City meets the needs of current social development.However,from the perspective of the overall development of badminton reserve talents,there are still many problems in the current training method of badminton reserve talents.Whether it is the combination of sports and education,or the newly proposed integrated development of sports and education,or social forces to run sports,etc.,these training methods pay more attention to the athletes’ competitive sports performance in the educational concept,rather than the overall development of people,and ignore the system of competitive talents.Issues of learning and overall development.In addition,problems such as insufficient talent reserves,shortage of coaches and lack of incentive mechanisms,difficulty in enrolling students,and difficulty in talent transfer are quite prominent.Solving the above problems cannot be achieved without the attention and support of the government.Based on the actual situation of the training of reserve talents for badminton sports in Wenzhou City,this paper puts forward constructive measures such as deepening the integration of sports and education,focusing on the overall development of athletes,optimizing talent transmission channels,and continuously improving coaches and athletes’ reward and incentive mechanism.
