Study On The Comparison Of Restoration And Governance Of Typical Abandoned Mine Land In Jiangxi Province From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Abandoned mines formed after years of mining have brought about a series of ecological and environmental problems.Based on Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,based on the perspective of ecological civilization construction,we will study abandoned mines in view of the actual problems and future needs of ecological restoration of abandoned open-pit mines.It has important practical significance for the restoration practice and governance.This paper takes the abandoned mine restoration projects in Yiyang,Shangrao City and Xingguo,Ganzhou City Jiangxi Province as examples.Through on-the-spot investigation,comparative research and other methods,this paper analyzes the source of funds,public participation,restoration and governance mode,and the results of the two case projects.A comparative analysis of the benefits was carried out.This study draws the following conclusions:Firstly,the abandoned mines formed after many years of mining have brought a series of ecological environments.The restoration and management of abandoned mines mostly adopts the vegetation re-greening model.While considering the economic value,it is necessary to face the ecological civilization and combine the local actuality,and consider the mine ecology as a whole.Function and industrial development,actively explore the mode of combining the ecological restoration of abandoned mines with industrial development and enriching the people and prospering business;Secondly,the abandoned mines in Yiyang,Shangrao City adopted the traditional reclamation model,that is,vegetation restoration.In the ecological restoration of abandoned mines,Yiyang did not introduce social capital to participate,and the project funds came from the local government finance.Insufficient repair funds,slow project progress,poor social and ecological benefits;Thirdly,Xingguo,Ganzhou City,as a pilot project for the ecological restoration of abandoned mines by the Ministry of Natural Resources,the local government actively explores,promotes the ecological restoration of mines by using market-oriented methods,actively introduces social capital,adopts the 1+N restoration project establishment model,and uses "" Eco+” restoration and governance model has produced better social,ecological and economic benefits;Forthly,the ecological restoration of abandoned mines is one of the paths for ecological civilization.The state should increase the cultivation and training of mine restoration companies.All localities should actively use market-oriented and socialized forces to explore new models and promote mine ecological restoration work.Truly realize the "ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization" of the restoration of abandoned mines,and help the construction of national ecological civilization.
