| The people’s growing need for a better life not only needs better material conditions,but also hopes to be further improved at the spiritual and cultural level.The strengthening of public cultural services is not only a response to the expectations of the people,but is also of great significance in raising the overall level of civilisation in society and enhancing the country’s cultural soft power.Public cultural service facilities are an important material basis for the realization of public cultural services.In this context,how to measure the rationality of the layout of public cultural service facilities and make them better serve the people is the key point of urban cultural construction.Accessibility,as an important indicator to measure the rationality of facility layout,directly reflects the time and distance cost of residents using facilities,and relevant research is gradually increasing.However,the relevant research on public cultural service facilities with accessibility as the starting point is mostly included in the framework of basic public services,and there is a lack of separate research on it.Therefore,this paper taken accessibility as the starting point,based on the traffic network and used the network analysis method,discussed the distribution and optimization of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan,and put forward optimization strategies in order to improve the facility layout,avoid resource waste and meet the cultural needs of residents to the greatest extent.Firstly,it combined domestic and international research content,compared research methods,mapped out technical routes and grasped the main points of research on the distribution and optimisation of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan City based on accessibility analysis.Then,used the data of Wuhan residents as the research sample,three types of public cultural service facilities as the research object,and 13 administrative districts under the jurisdiction of Wuhan as the research area.We used big data mining technology and spatial analysis and data statistical tools to summarise the current situation of the distribution of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan in terms of quantitative distribution characteristics,density differences,type quantitative characteristics,spatial density characteristics,and spatial differentiation characteristics.From The calculation was carried out in three aspects,namely distance accessibility,circle accessibility and public transport provision,to reflect the accessibility characteristics of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan,and finally,the spatial distribution characteristics of accessibility levels were summarized.The study found that the layout of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan is mainly concentrated in the main urban area,which does not match the distribution of urban population,the number and type of public cultural service facilities in the far urban area are small,the accessibility range of facilities is quite different,the main urban area is significantly better than the far urban area,the overall walkability is low,and the rationing conditions of public transport facilities are quite different.Combined with the above problems and the actual situation of Wuhan,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of public cultural service facilities in Wuhan from the two aspects of facility layout and public transportation,mainly including:optimizing the spatial layout of public cultural service facilities and reducing service blind areas;Build and reconstruct public cultural service facilities to meet the needs of multiculturalism;Improve bus rationing and optimize service capacity;A variety of transportation modes are connected to effectively improve the accessibility of public cultural service facilities,so as to provide reference for Wuhan to improve the efficiency of public cultural services,improve people’s livelihood,enrich people’s leisure and cultural life,and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural social economy. |
