Research On The Spatial Distribution And Service Scope Of Medical Facilities In Nanning Based On Multi-source Data

With the continuous development of my country’s social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,the country and the people’s requirements for medical facilities are also constantly improving.The balance of medical facilities and the fairness of medical services have become the focus of the development of medical and health care in Guangxi during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.The service scope and service area coverage of medical facilities have a profound impact on the level of residents’ medical treatment.This factor should be considered in the future layout of medical facilities.With the passage of time,the continuous growth of population,the continuous expansion of urban space,the shortage of total medical facilities,and the uneven distribution of medical facilities have gradually emerged in people’s medical treatment,resulting in that the layout of medical facilities has not fully kept up with the urban space and social economy.pace of development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the spatial distribution characteristics and service scope of medical facilities in Nanning City,and put forward the existing problems in the spatial layout of medical facilities in Nanning City.Taking the medical facilities at different levels in the central urban area of ??Nanning as the analysis object,based on POI data,OSM data,remote sensing image data,population data,etc.,the spatial distribution and service scope of urban medical facilities are studied.Based on the current situation analysis of the number,density and spatial distribution of medical facilities,the service area of medical facilities is constructed with the help of GIS spatial analysis method,the coverage area and coverage efficiency of medical facilities under different service scopes are calculated,and the length of residents’ medical treatment is analyzed.From the perspective of the coverage rate of medical facilities in Nanning,the residents’ medical treatment level was analyzed and evaluated.Finally,according to the results of service coverage in different service scopes of medical facilities,a targeted proposal for the optimization of the distribution of medical facilities in Nanning is put forward to promote the balanced layout of medical facilities in Nanning,in order to provide methods for the spatial layout planning of medical facilities in Nanning.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The number of medical facilities at different levels is unevenly distributed in each region.Generally speaking,it is mainly concentrated in Xixiangtang District and Qingxiu District;the overall distribution density of medical facilities is generally positively correlated with population density.The distribution density of medical facilities at the community level is not proportional to the population density,and the distribution density of community-level medical facilities is generally in a corresponding relationship with the population density.(2)The medical facilities in Nanning are generally characterized by the structure of “high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas”.The high-density agglomeration areas are mainly concentrated in the more mature central areas in the main urban area of Nanning,such as Beihu Area,Xinxiu Park,and Nanning People’s Park.The low-density agglomeration areas are mainly distributed along the main roads of the city such as Daxue East Road,Yinhai Avenue and Minzu Avenue.Among them,city-level medical facilities have the agglomeration characteristics of "one main and three areas";county-level medical facilities have the spatial characteristics of "two main and one core";community-level medical facilities have "two main and three multi-area cores".”the spatial agglomeration characteristics.Community-level medical facilities in Nanning are clustered and distributed,and city-level,county-level medical facilities are evenly distributed;Nanning’s comprehensive medical facilities and medical facilities at all levels are in the northwest-southeast direction.(3)The service scope of municipal-level medical facilities in Nanning is mainly divided into three areas: Xiuxiang Avenue,Xiangzhu Avenue,Zhuxi Avenue,Baisha Avenue,Sanjin Avenue and other roads enclosed area,Wuxiangling Forest Park,the junction of Naan Expressway and Quannan Expressway.(4)The service scope of county-level medical facilities in Nanning is mainly expanded from the lower time circle to the higher time circle in the central area of each urban area,and is divided into four central areas: the enclosed area of Xiuxiang Avenue and the Yongjiang River,the manhole The southeast of the street,Wuxianghu Park,and the northwest of Pumiao Town.(5)The coverage of community-level medical facility service areas in Nanning is uneven.The urban areas with higher coverage of community-level medical facilities are Jiangnan District and Xixiangtang District,which are mainly distributed in the old city center of the city,and some areas with higher coverage are the Xianhu Peninsula area,Pumiao area and Longgang South area,etc.In urban development areas,residents in the above areas can walk 15 minutes to community-level medical facilities.
