| With the continuous development of stacker and retractor technology,China has now entered the stage of independent research and development and export of products.The comprehensive quality,service life and other parameters of export products have become the key to improve product technology.At present,the products designed in Our country mainly use the technical standards and theoretical knowledge of developed countries in the past,the lack of perfect scientific basis,resulting in poor equipment quality control,maintenance times higher some problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the product structure of the new export products telescopic ring stacker and improve the service life of the reaper,which can enhance the reputation of our products at home and abroad,establish a good image of the industry and promote the continuous development of the reaper design and development industry in China.The telescopic ring stacker is a new type of material handling equipment for export,which is mainly used for material transfer in the field of ship port.Compared with the existing reclaiming machine equipment on the market,its structure is relatively simple,the use of diversified scenarios,so the industry attention.Telescopic circular material piling machine is mainly composed of fixed boom,mobile boom,fixed tape machine,mobile tape machine,scaling mechanism,luffing mechanism,tires,end to support mobile crawler walking,spanning type fixed beams,self-checking system,environmental management system and so on synthesis of light,it is necessary to carry out the finite element analysis,ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the work.First of all,this paper studies the steel structure model establishment and load conditions of the telescopic ring stocker,starting with the steel structure of each subsystem for modeling analysis,the different working conditions are set in the simulation environment to run and obtain data;Second,telescopic circular stacker steel structure finite element static analysis,the new machinery and equipment for the main structure finite element analysis,and after the split into substructure using statics,from different aspects of mechanics analysis comprehensive stress,displacement and elastic or plastic deformation,get strength stiffness of multiple tests and calculation,The results reflect the stress concentration or weakness of the structure or system.Then,the modal analysis of the steel structure of the telescopic ring stocker is studied.Starting from the vibration frequency of the stocker arm,the steady frequency of the material distribution arm in its own fixed state is studied.When the frequency is the same as that generated by the external excitation source,the structural sharp amplitude similar to resonance is studied.Finally,the improvement measures and comparison results of the steel structure of the telescopic ring stacker are put forward,the main steel structure of the boom mechanism is adjusted,the measures and methods to reduce stress concentration and prolong the service life of the equipment are given,and some improvement schemes to improve the performance of the main components of the telescopic ring stacker are also given.In order to improve the performance and service life of the telescopic ring stacker,the main steel structure of the stacker arm and the optimization measures and improvement schemes of the stacker’s main components are given in this paper,which can effectively improve the service life of the machine.The research ideas and analysis methods in this paper provide important reference and theoretical support for the design and optimization of products similar to the telescopic ring stocker. |
