| At present,the main contradiction in our society is the contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Under such main contradiction,the contradiction between the growing medical needs of the people and the unreasonable allocation of medical resources It is very obvious that the rational allocation of medical resources is closely related to national security and economic development.There are many problems in the allocation of medical resources in Nanjing at this stage,especially the problems such as the imperfect infrastructure of primary medical and health institutions and the poor coordination of medical institutions need to be further improved.This study collected statistical data and geographic information data such as population and medical institutions in Nanjing,combined with spatial analysis and other methods to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the current situation of the spatial allocation of medical resources in Nanjing.The rationality evaluation index system of medical resource space allocation;the above-mentioned index system is used to analyze and study the rationality of the existing medical resource space allocation in Nanjing,and to predict the rationality in 2025,and build an optimal allocation model of medical resources in Nanjing according to the results;use GWR and geographic detectors study the driving relationship between the driving factors and the rationality of medical resource allocation,and put forward opinions on medical resource allocation based on the research conclusions.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The spatial distribution of medical resources in each street in Nanjing is different.The number of medical institutions in Nanjing has basically formed a spatial distribution pattern with more centers and less periphery,and the expansion of medical resources is distributed in the direction of "northwest-southeast";the spatial distribution of medical resources in Nanjing is uneven,showing that the north and south ends are relatively low,and the central region is relatively low.In terms of accessibility,the high-accessibility areas form a layered and decreasing distribution characteristic with the old city as the center.(2)The spatial allocation of medical resources in Nanjing is unreasonable.There are 3 streets in Nanjing with reasonable allocation of medical resources,all of which are in the old city.In 2025,there will be 6 streets with reasonable allocation of medical resources;After the adjustment of the quantity optimization model,the number of beds per thousand people in Nanjing can reach 8.0 in2025;the spatial location of medical institutions was optimized according to the location allocation model,and the final 109 medical institution points showed a "fragmented" spatial distribution characteristic.(3)There is a direct driving relationship between each driving factor and the rationality of medical resource allocation,and these driving factors interact with each other.Among them,there is a positive correlation between carrying capacity,DEM,accessibility,road network length and the rationality of medical resources,and population has a negative effect on the rationality of medical resource allocation;all driving factors are interactive and synergistic effects(Nonlinear enhancement),the differentiation of the rationality of medical resource allocation is the result of multi-factor interaction.(4)Nanjing should implement differentiated medical and health adjustment policies according to the current situation of medical resources in each region;strengthen the informatization construction of medical resources to reduce residents’ time for medical treatment;optimize the spatial layout of medical resources,and address the shortcomings and blanks of medical resources in Nanjing,make up for shortcomings and give full play to strengths;accelerate the integration of different types of medical resources. |
