Under the new situation of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, the characteristics of poverty in my country will gradually change from absolute poverty to relative poverty, from focusing on income poverty to focusing on multidimensional poverty, and from rural poverty to coexisting urban and rural poverty.Different governance stages require different poverty alleviation strategies. Therefore,we must establish a new poverty governance system on the basis of researching and summarizing past successful experiences. In this context, exploring a measurement method that combines multi-dimensional poverty and relative poverty, accurately identifying multi-dimensional relative poverty groups, and further studying the current differences between urban and rural poverty in my country are important for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and ultimately achieving common prosperity.realistic meaning. In this regard, this thesis firstly constructs a relatively comprehensive and representative multi-dimensional relative poverty indicator system based on a large number of relevant literature research;secondly,it uses the A-F double critical value method to process the data of the China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)from 2010 to 2018,and calculates The multidimensional relative poverty index of households living in urban and rural areas;then, the multi-dimensional relative poverty of urban and rural areas is analyzed, and the index is decomposed according to indicators, urban and rural areas, and 7 major regions, and the contribution rate of different indicators and different regions is studied;finally,On the basis of a general understanding of the multidimensional relative poverty of urban and rural households in my country, the logistic regression model is used to explore the poverty-causing factors of multidimensional relative poverty, health poverty, education poverty and income poverty in urban and rural households from micro to macro.,and then analyze what factors affect households falling into multi-dimensional relative poverty, and at the same time, what are the similarities and differences between urban and rural poverty-causing factors, and provide effective solutions for the measurement and analysis of multi-dimensional relative poverty in the previous article. After the above process, this thesis finds that the current multi-dimensional relative poverty of urban and rural households in my country mainly has the following three characteristics:(1)Income,education and health are the main inducing factors of multidimensional relative poverty of households, and the urban-rural gaps around these three dimensions are not There is no obvious shrinking trend, which is the fundamental reason for the large gap between urban and rural multi-dimensional relative poverty indices;(2)the multidimensional relative poverty in rural areas is more serious than that in urban areas, but the performance between the two is not exactly the same. The multi-dimensional relative poverty of rural households is mainly concentrated in income and education;while urban households are mainly concentrated in living environment, health and personal well-being.If the degree of multi-dimensional relative poverty in rural areas is wider, then the probability of severe multidimensional relative poverty in urban areas is greater;(3)In addition to the urban-rural gap,the gap between the north and the south of my country is also increasing.Relative poverty levels are increasing.Based on the above characteristics, this thesis puts forward the following four countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Realize the effective connection between multidimensional relative poverty governance and rural revitalization;(2)Use new urbanization as a powerful tool for urban multi-dimensional relative poverty governance;(3)Put equal emphasis on overall governance and differentiated anti-poverty strategies;(4)Establish a sustainable and normalized mechanism to prevent the return to poverty.
