| With the vigorous development of industrial design and the gradual improvement of domestic innovative teaching reforms,ergonomics experiments are an important part of industrial design applications,so the importance of innovative reforms has become increasingly apparent,and the combination of teaching and application has attracted more attention from the academic community.At the same time,under the current epidemic situation,offline experiment methods are subject to many restrictions,and traditional ergonomic experiments have insufficient research on applied problems,which can no longer meet the requirements of discipline development in the new era.Based on the principle of combining ergonomics experimental theory and practice,this paper takes students of this major as the research object,analyzes the students’ needs for learning courses,and uses a combination of methods to identify and solve pain points.For the ergonomics experimental course,it is designed from three aspects: innovation of experimental content,improvement of experimental scheme and design of teaching methods in special periods.The intention is to achieve the combination of theory and application,improve students’ interest in learning,and solve course learning problems during special periods.First of all,to investigate the needs of users.Due to the particularity of ergonomics,this paper uses a combination of thinking aloud and UGC platform text mining to investigate,and uses co-word analysis to get the word correlation in the text.The Bloom’s taxonomy is used to classify teaching requirements as a salient point of the questionnaire.The follow-up improvement direction is obtained through Kano model and SPSS analysis.Secondly,according to the survey results,the experimental part of the data analysis method is innovatively designed,and data thinking and new data processing methods are established;some instruments are improved to improve the practicality of application,and more experimental methods are added to expand students’ thinking;In the case of field experiments,the program is used to establish a digital experimental platform and enhance students’ autonomous learning ability.Finally,the usability test of the ergonomic experimental teaching system is carried out,and the overall and partial content of the scheme is tested to find the scheme problems and propose improvement directions;the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method based on AHP is used to evaluate the teaching indicators. |
