| Objective : Due to its time-saving and efficient characteristics,high-intensity interval training has always been an important training method to improve anaerobic ability.However,there are many variables,complex combinations,and less research on specific collocation schemes.In the training of power cars,different riding times and the ratio of cycling and intermittent time will have an impact on the training effect.Therefore,this paper compares the six different HIIT by observing and analyzing the changes of anaerobic peak power,average anaerobic power and anaerobic power decreasing rate obtained from the anaerobic test before,middle and after HIIT intervention for four weeks,as well as the changes of subjects’ lower limb electro mytroelectricity,muscle oxygenation,heart rate and blood lactic acid.The impact of the HIIT scheme on the anaerobic ability of subjects ultimately provides theoretical and data reference for coaches to choose the best HIIT solution to improve anaerobic ability.Methods: This study adopts the literature method to consult the literature materials in relevant fields to provide theoretical support for the determination of the style scheme of this article.Adopt the experimental method,30 male college students with a certain training foundation were selected as experimental subjects.Using random groups,it is divided into six experimental control groups [working time(s): intermittent recovery time(s)= A(15:60);B(15: 90);C(15: SS);D(30: 120);E(30: 180);F(30: SS)].Carry out a four-week HIIT intervention,and conduct a 30 s Wingate test before,two weeks after the intervention,and record the heart rate,lower biceps,lateral femoral muscle,medial femoral muscle,rectus rectus muscle,lateral gastrocnemius muscle,tibial anterior tibial muscle surface myoelectric Muscle oxygen,peak blood lactic acid.Using mathematical statistics,because there is no significant difference between the six groups of indicators in the previous test,all the data of this experiment are expressed in average ± standard deviation,and the experimental data are statistically analysed by SPSS27.0 software.The pre-intervention,during and post-intervention heart rate,blood lactic acid,30 s power cycling peak power,average power,anaerobic power decreasing rate,efics,and musoxia data of the six groups of this experiment were analyzed using paired T tests to observe the differences before,during and after intervention in the group.Two-factor repeated measurement variance analysis(group × number of measurements)was carried out on the peak power,average
