According to the survey, there are more than 70 million autistic patients in the world at present. The incidence rate of autism among children has risen from about 0.02%in 1975 to about 1.7%today.In recent years, the incidence rate has shown a sharp upward trend in the world.According to the Report on the Development of China’s Autism Education and Rehabilitation Industry III,the incidence rate of autism among Chinese children is about 1%,which means that the number of children diagnosed with autism in China is increasing by nearly200000 every year[1].The number of autistic children has increased dramatically, and the education and rehabilitation of autistic children are facing severe challenges. The impact of autism on children’s physical, psychological and social adaptation cannot be ignored, and due to the particularity of the disease, autism often cannot be cured for life, which has a negative impact on children’s healthy growth and development. The treatment cycle of autism is long, the cost is high and the manpower consumption is large, which to a certain extent increases the heavy burden on patients’families and seriously affects the development and progress of society. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of 12 week exercise prescription intervention on the exercise ability of autistic children, and to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment of autistic children. This research adopts the methods of literature, interview, experiment, observation and mathematical statistics.stay shen yang Thirty autistic children who met the experimental requirements were selected from the"Star Children"rehabilitation training camp of the University Physical Education Institute for 12 weeks of exercise prescription intervention. Before and after the intervention,TGDM-3,balance ability, coordination ability and CARS scale scores of autistic children were tested to evaluate the effect of exercise prescription intervention.result:1.After 12 weeks of exercise prescription intervention, the development of coarse movements of autistic children in the experimental group has been significantly improved, while there is no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment.2.The ability of standing on one foot, standing long jump, and finishing a quick cup folding in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different after the intervention treatment. The improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.The ability of 50 meters of football dribbling and one handed basketball racket in the experimental group and the control group has improved after the intervention treatment, but there is no important difference between the test group and the govern group.4.After the intervention treatment, the CARS scores of the experimental group and the control group decreased, and the reduction of the test group was better than that of the govern group. The reduction of CARS score is only the reduction of social interaction score, and there is no significant change in other aspects.5.The relationship between autistic children’s gross motor development and autism symptoms is significantly negative correlation.Conclusion:1.12 weeks of intervention can improve the gross motor development of autistic children, and improve the balance, coordination and sensitivity of autistic children.Improve the symptoms of autistic children. The ability of standing on one foot, standing long jump and finishing one quick cup folding in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different after receiving the intervention treatment. The improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group. The exercise prescription intervention treatment adopted by the experimental group had a better effect on the improvement of the ability of standing on one foot, standing long jump and finishing one quick cup folding in the autistic children.2.In terms of one handed basketball and football dribbling ability, both the experimental group and the control group have significantly improved after the end of the intervention treatment, but there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. It is analyzed that the reason may be that autistic children have a special interest in ball games.3.The exercise prescriptions adopted by the experimental group in the course of the experiment, such as arranging different training sequences according to the characteristics of each autistic child and arranging different project training time and load for different people in different places, are more effective in improving the exercise ability of autistic children.4.Exercise prescription intervention treatment can improve the symptoms of autistic children, but it only improves the social interaction ability of autistic children, and there is no significant change in other aspects.5.The relationship between autistic children’s gross motor development and autism symptoms is significantly negative correlation.
