| Logistics distribution network is the carrier of efficient circulation of commodities.Whether it can provide enough distribution capacity to meet market demand is the primary standard to measure its service quality. In the process of logistics operation, delivery spoilage is a common phenomenon, especially in the process of transportation,The delivery spoilage caused by commodity characteristics, natural conditions and technical equipment is even more unavoidable.Delivery spoilage makes it possible that the complete quantity of commodities delivered to the destination may not be sufficient to meet the market demand. In addition, because of the influence of vehicle, weather, road and other objective factors, the distribution capacity of each route in the network is usually a random variable. As a result, the distribution capacity of the entire network is also a random variable. Therefore, reliability analysis can be used to evaluate the service capacity of logistics distribution network. In this dissertation, three different types of logistics distribution networks are taken as the research objects and the reliability of capacity is taken as the performance index to measure the service capacity of logistics distribution networks. And the dissertation studies the capacity reliability of logistics distribution network under spoilage and cost considerations. The main research content of this dissertation involves the following three aspects:1.Reliability evaluation of multi-source and single-sink logistics distribution network under spoilage consideration. The reliability of multi-source and single-sink logistics distribution network under spoilage consideration refers to the probability that the number of intact commodities distributed by the network from multiple commodity supply locations to a specific market can meet the demand when there is delivery spoilage.Since the change of the spoilage rate of one route may affect the spoilage rate of several paths,a specific spoilage rate associated with each route is adopted to characterize the perishability of commodity flows. On this basis,a multi-source and single-sink logistics distribution network model under spoilage consideration is established and the network reliability is calculated by an efficient method based on minimal path set(MPs).The practicability of the algorithm and the significance of network reliability management are verified by a practical case and the critical transportation route is identified from the reliability perspective. The research results can provide decision-making guidance for managers in the operation and maintenance of multi-source and single-sink logistics distribution network.2.Reliability evaluation of single-source and multi-sink logistics distribution network under cost and spoilage considerations. The cost is also an important index to measure the reliability of logistics distribution network.Apart from delivery cost, the cost involved with the disposal of spoilt goods is also incorporated into the reliability indicator. On this basis,a single-source and multi-sink logistics distribution network model under cost and spoilage considerations is established and the network reliability is calculated by an efficient method based on minimal path set.The effectiveness of the method is verified by numerical experiments. At the same time, this dissertation determines the influence degree of the increase of each route spoilage rate and unit commodity transportation cost on the whole network reliability through sensitivity analysis, which lays a foundation for optimizing single-source and multi-sink logistics distribution network.3.Reliability evaluation of multi-source and multi-sink logistics distribution network under cost and spoilage considerations. In this dissertation, the network reliability is calculated by an efficient method based on minimal path set and the method is divided into two stages. In the first stage, all the minimal capacity vectors satisfying the market demand are obtained under delivery spoilage and budget limit considerations. In the second stage, the network reliability is calculated by using the RSDP method based on all the minimal capacity vectors obtained. In addition, this dissertation also demonstrates the application of the algorithm through a fruit distribution network, and determines the impact of the increase of spoilage rate of each route and unit commodity transportation cost on the reliability of the entire network through sensitivity analysis. Thus,it provides decision-making information for managers in the operation and management of distribution network such as budget expense limitation. |
