As the world’s largest crude steel manufacturer,domestic iron ore resources are of low grade and need to rely on a large number of imported high-grade iron ores.At the same time,the concentration of domestic steel industry is low and the demand for iron ore is scattered,forming a separate iron ore trade model.Moreover,small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises mostly adopt the ordering method of small batch and multiple frequencies,which is difficult to form economies of scale,and the logistics cost of imported iron ore remains high.Under the background of the country’s vigorous development of port industry,it is very important to give full play to the regional advantages of the port,drive the development of the surrounding areas of the port,and realize the "prosperity of the city with the port and the common prosperity of the port and the city".Therefore,taking the coastal iron ore unloading port as the node,this thesis integrates the iron and steel enterprises in the hinterland of the port to carry out joint procurement.Firstly,a joint procurement optimization model aiming at minimizing the logistics cost of imported iron ore is established by selecting appropriate suppliers,ship types,distribution transportation modes and steel mills.Secondly,by improving the crossover and mutation operation,the standard genetic algorithm is improved,a hybrid adaptive genetic algorithm with higher convergence speed is designed,and its and standard genetic algorithm are used to solve the joint procurement optimization model respectively.Finally,compared with the traditional procurement mode of iron and steel enterprises,the results show that the joint procurement mode can form an integrated supply chain with ports as nodes,realize economies of scale,effectively reduce the cost of steel enterprises and promote the development of "port-steel" industrial alliance.
