| The inventory and transportation of secondary distribution of refined oil is the end of the oil supply chain service.The inventory optimization of inventory and transportation involves the ordering of gas stations,and the transportation is the problem of refined oil distribution.Because it is closely connected to social customers and has a wide range of services,its role in today’s social economy is very important.The problem has the distribution characteristics of multi-tank,multi-demand,multi-oil distribution demand,and the oil depot and route selection with uncertain demand,transportation time window mismatch and refined oil distribution.These factors have greatly increased the complexity of inventory and transportation decisions for refined oil distribution,posing significant challenges for reliable distribution planning.From the perspective of command center,this paper takes the inventory and transportation process of secondary distribution of refined oil as the research object,and focuses on how to jointly optimize the order quantity of gas station and the distribution of refined oil products under consideration of uncertain conditions.This paper begins with an analysis of the secondary distribution system of refined oil products,clarifying the components,business processes,organizational forms and main features of the gas station inventory and refined oil transportation system.Secondly,it describes the inventory and transportation problems of refined oil distribution under the condition of multi-tank joint distribution,and breaks down the problem into two independent and interrelated aspects of inventory and transportation.Establish a gas station inventory optimization model with minimum inventory and cost,while,establish a green distribution optimization model for refined oil products with the goal of the highest time window matching,transportation cost and minimum carbon emission.Finally,combined with the optimization model of this paper and the data of a petroleum sales company,an improved genetic algorithm is designed and the examples are solved to verify the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.The analysis found that uncertain factors often have a negative impact on the decision-making scheme.Increasing the stability of the scheme and controlling the uncertain factors need to sacrifice certain benefits.Finally,based on the analysis content and algorithm solution results of this study,combined with the current situation of enterprise operation,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed according to the development goals of the enterprise. |
