In view of the limitations of the existing 12-lead ECG acquisition equipment,such as the long wearing time of electrode sticking and the need for professional medical personnel to operate in emergency use scenarios,this project proposed a glove device worn by the right hand to collect ECG signals,combined with the design concept of wearable medical equipment.A light,portable and easy to operate wearable 12-guide ecg signal acquisition system was designed,and the mapping model algorithm for converting handheld ECG into standard ECG was studied.The wearable glove ecg signal acquisition device developed in this project relies on lithium battery power and has the functions of wireless transmission of ECG data,local data storage,and ecg display on the upper computer,so as to achieve the design goal of quickly collecting 12-lead ECG by wearing gloves attached to a specific position on the chest under emergency conditions.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Research on layout scheme of palm-type cardiac conductance based on gloves.Based on the standard lead location layout of clinical ecg collection,the project established a palm-based palm-based palm-based ECG location collection scheme.In order to ensure the premise of using glove device to collect electrocardiogram research objectives.(2)Design and test of wearable glove ECG acquisition device and sensor.This project completed the design of a glove-based ECG acquisition device and a handheld ECG acquisition sensor,and finally built a complete glove-based ECG acquisition and transmission system.On the basis of ensuring the acquisition of bioelectrical signals around the heart,the convenience and comfort of patients are improved.(3)Design and test of wearable glove ECG acquisition device.This project completed the design of a glove based ECG acquisition device and a handheld ECG acquisition sensor,and built a complete glove based ECG acquisition and transmission system,which improved the collection convenience and patient comfort.(4)Deep learn-based handheld ECG and standard ECG mapping model were studied and verified experimentally.In this paper,the collected palm ECG was processed with standard ECG to create ecg database,and a palm ECG mapping model based on stack self-coding algorithm was proposed to cross-verify the mapping effect of waveform.Experimental results show that the mapping algorithm can transform palm ecg into standard ECG and retain waveform characteristics.In view of the poor portability of the existing 12-guide ecg acquisition equipment and the need for professional medical staff to guide the use,this project designed a portable wearable glove ECG acquisition scheme that did not rely on the guidance of professionals to achieve the research objectives of rapid diagnosis of illness in emergency situations and self-measuring ECG at home.This device provides the possibility for the rapid acquisition of human ECG,and also provides guidance for the future research of more wearable ECG acquisition devices.
