[Abstract] With the development of information social,computer is not onlycarried out science calculate but also can carry out dealing with a large of data easilyfor example data query and refresh,make the computer application extend from thescience research department to entailment,department,as a result,the databasetechnique is produced.Data techinique is important entrance in the computerapplicational field,its coral task is carried data management,now it has formed quitea few scale technic system and using technique.Now ,survey and mapping data is thefoundation data that carried out the river and stream layout and father,prevent orcontrol flood,fight a drought.With the development of mapping technique,the speedof obtaining the mapping data is more and more rapidness.But development speed ofdealing with mapping data capability have further trail the speed of the data goingup,it brings on the data gigantic waste.As a result , it need the mapping database tocarry out reasonable and high effect management.Before the spatial database, themanagement way of most database adopt document system way.This kind of datamanagement method have already appeared the data management the maintenancedifficulty in the application, the speed of the data access the database is slow thesingle customer data erupts to share the conflict and so on.In order to avoid above problem,the second geography system adopt a kind ofefficient data management mode, namely ArcSDE(spatial data Engine) and relationdatabase integration management 's mode.The spatial data and attribute data can bemanaged uniform by ArcSDE spatial data Engine and SQL relation database, makeuse of the ArcSDE and Visual C++ to carry out the river valley spatial informationsearch and analysis function,achieve compositive spatial data management andhigh-efficiency information search 's goal, at the same time, the information that theSecondHuaJiang's resources ,environment ,society economy ,natural geography andso on is carried out the uniform management, and it provide the decision support tothe farsighted development target and strategy of the rival valley.In the firststage ,The second SongHuaJiang geography information system's developmemttarget is to build up a GIS foundation flat roof, And aim water resource's exploitureutilize and prevent or control flood carry through investigate, the secondSongHuaJiang river valley geography information system is either a face waterresource thematic special geography information system,or a face all river valley'sdistrict geography information system, it is "digital JiLin"project's foundation.thissystem's development is provided with reference value to else digital river valleyproject's construction. As face special and cover with quite large region geographyinformation system's flat,it possess capacity that manage a great of data. thereintoinclude dynamic or real-time data,and provide the mechanism that space data andattribute data can access quickly and efficiently deposit and get, Thus just the benefitis analytical in the water analysis, the flood evolves etc. Spatial analysis and imitateprocess' good implement.This text is carry out systemic analyse and research to SSGIS design anddevelopment. Concrete body now as follows:(1) The analysis surveys and mapping the foundation of the developmentpresent condition of the space database up, discussed to survey and mapping thespatial database necessity and urgencies, and further discussed the establishment tosurvey and mapping the spatial database in the function that surveys and mappingthe profession at present and have the very important and realistic meaning;(2) The text introduce the data seamless integration conception anddevelopment trend,and emphasize spatial data seamless integration have importantposition in the survey and mapping spatial database ,and we investigate survey andmapping spatial data integration method from the two aspects of the geographyinformation system data integration method strategy and the geography informationsystem data integration's application。Those method can provide theoretic support;(3) We study survey and mapping spatial database based on the the secondSong Hua Jiang geography information system(SSGIS).According to the techniquecharacteristics that the adoption establishment survey and mapping spatial database.we carry on the detailed design from SSGIS develop terrace ,run environment ,totalframe and system function module, and ArcSDE has outstanding emphasized in thewhole function of core of system, detailed introduce survey and mapping the processthat data store in warehouse ,and carry on survey and mapping to carry on the validmanagement through ArcSDE.The implement poduction in the survey information system are mostly asfollow:(1)we can carry on the further processing to the existing data based on thesecond Song Hua Jiang geography information system .for example DigitalElevation Model built, and distill riverway breaking surface diagram in theDEM(Digital Elevation Model ) foundation ,and put the breaking surface diagramstore into database, and really implement three-dimension visual.(2)Because the water limit line data of this time is momentary ,so can't reallyreflect the Song Hua Jiang water limit line's spatial position。So we built thedynamic water limit line tense database base these database , it can really affectdifferent period of time's water limit line motion circumstance ,providedecision-making data for the flood control.(3)On the foundation that survey and mapping spatial database currently, wecan build up the dike dam management database and other marine hydraulicengineering facilities management database, expediently carry on spatial data andattribute data interactive search ,set up view, fast and synthetic the second Song HuaJiang survey and mapping spatial database.
