The Moderation Effect Test Of Digital Industry On The Convergence Of Producer Services And Manufacturing

Promoting the convergent development of producer services and manufacturing is an important way to cultivate and improve the modern industrial system and realize the high-quality development of the real economy.In recent years,with the increasing composition of the digital economy of the convergence of “two industries”,the research on the development law of the convergence of “two industries” in the digital economy environment is increasingly receiving extensive attention from the academic community.As the core industry of the digital economy,it is particularly important to study the impact of the digital industry on the convergence of “two industries”.Based on the input-output table of 149 industrial sectors in China in 2017,this paper first measures the convergence degree of 77 manufacturing industries and 25 productive service industries,and then uses the hierarchical regression method to analyze the influencing factors of the convergence of “two industries” and the adjustment effect of the digital industry on the convergence of “two industries”.The results show that The development scale of producer services and the level of specialization of manufacturing industry are the main influencing factors of the convergence of “two industries” in China at the present stage.The influence of the interaction between the two factors on the convergence of “two industries” is inverted U-shaped with the deepening of the specialization of manufacturing industry.The digital industry plays a moderation role in the above interaction effects.When the development scale of producer services is large and the level of specialization in manufacturing is high,a higher level of digital industry investment can significantly strengthen the promotion of the interaction between the two factors on the convergence of “two industries”.Further analysis shows that the two digital product manufacturing industries of computer industry and communication equipment industry and the four digital technology service industries of telecommunication industry,radio and television and satellite transmission service industry,Internet and related service industry and information technology service industry have the same moderation effect on the interaction effect between the development scale of producer services and the specialization level of manufacturing industry as the whole digital industry.The moderation role of the two digital product manufacturing industries of radio and television equipment and radar and supporting equipment industry and audio-visual equipment industry is basically opposite to the whole digital industry.This paper suggests that effective measures should be taken to promote digital technology innovation and enhance the manufacturing capacity of key digital products and infrastructure,promote the continuous upgrading of the digital industry,and ensure the adequate supply of high-end digital elements;at the same time,it promotes the penetration of the digital industry into the manufacturing industry with higher technical level and the productive service industry with higher development level,so as to promote the deep convergence and development of “two industries”.
