In most cases,Zhuangzi seems to believe that this ability is innate.Of course,in the description of technology in Zhuangzi,the term "fasting and abstinence" is mentioned.Fasting and abstinence clearly contain training to increase the focus of the mind.In addition,concepts such as "no-self" and "forgetting" in "Zhuangzi" also contain factors that enhance the focus of the mind.The improvement of the focus of the mind changes the consciousness and makes it reach the same level as the Tao,becoming a "god".Improving focus through technology is especially valuable in today’s "distracted" era.From the perspective of "cultural fixture",Zhuangzi’s view of technology emphasizes the training of mental focus,which has great significance for cultivating people’s attention today.
