Digital holography is an emerging technology in the field of optical detection.Synchronous phase-shifting holographic system has the advantages of high sensitivity,high accuracy,high resolution,fast and non-destructive measurement,and has important applications in industrial detection,medical detection,biological observation and other fields..The existing synchronous phase-shifting in-line digital holographic system model does not consider the change of light polarization in the optical path,and fails to obtain complete phase and polarization information.By carrying out the research of polarization imaging system based on digital holography,the phase information can be extended to polarization information,so as to realize polarization imaging,which also promotes the research of suppressing digital holographic twin image.In this paper,aiming at the problem of polarization information in digital holography system,the theoretical and experimental research of polarization imaging system based on digital holography is carried out.The system obtains holograms by dual-polarized beam interference,and obtains four polaron holograms with phase difference by parallel phase shift using a polarization camera.The phase shift algorithm is used to demodulate the complex amplitude distribution of the object light field,and the near-field complex amplitude reconstruction is completed by the angular spectrum method.Finally,the polarization Stokes parameter distribution is calculated by the complex amplitude distribution of the object light.The system uses the phase shift method to realize the measurement and imaging of the polarization information of the target light field.Compared with the traditional polarization imaging,it has a larger field of view,a clearer description of the internal description of the biological sample,and expands the function of the digital holographic system.The information dimension obtained by using the digital holographic system is expanded.This paper focuses on the digital holographic polarization imaging system,and mainly completes the following research work :(1)By consulting domestic and foreign papers,journals and other materials,the research background and significance of the subject are deeply understood,the research status of polarization imaging is expounded,and the history,development and application of digital holographic imaging technology are introduced.(2)The theoretical knowledge related to the study of light sheet and polarization parallel phase shift digital holographic imaging is studied,including the measurement of polarization state,the principle of parallel phase shift digital holographic technology,the method of using digital holographic technology to realize polarization imaging,image reconstruction algorithm and so on.(3)The design idea and scheme of polarization imaging system based on digital holography are introduced.Two schemes based on lensless holography and in-line digital holography are provided.The feasibility of the experimental scheme is verified by mathematical method.According to the design scheme,the experimental devices are selected,and the desktop experimental device is built and debugged.(4)The polarization imaging experiments of optical resolution test plate and biological samples are completed,and the experimental results and errors are analyzed and summarized.
