In the new era of vigorous development of digital economy,digital agriculture is the only way to realize rural revitalization in China.The development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the key to comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the application of digital technology in traditional agriculture and promote the digital transformation of rural infrastructure.Therefore,studying the innovation efficiency of digital agricultural technology and promoting the implementation of our "digital countryside" strategy is beneficial to the digital transformation of agriculture and has great significance for the realization of agricultural modernization.Through the collation and research of digital agriculture and technology innovation related literature,it is found that there are few empirical studies on digital agriculture in China at present,and few scholars analyze digital agriculture from the perspective of technology innovation.Therefore,this thesis firstly combs and summarizes relevant researches on digital agriculture and technological innovation from domestic and foreign perspectives.Secondly,it introduces the concepts and theoretical basis involved in this thesis.Then it analyzes the current development situation of digital agriculture,on the basis of which it establishes the index system of evaluation efficiency of digital agricultural technology innovation,and calculates the efficiency of digital agricultural technology innovation in our country and local regions by the static and dynamic method of three-stage DEA and Malmquist index.Secondly,Tobit regression method was used to analyze the factors affecting the innovation of digital agriculture technology.Finally,based on the above empirical research,and aiming at the current development trend of digital agriculture,relevant policy suggestions are put forward for its development and the improvement of technological innovation efficiency.Based on this research,the following conclusions can be obtained:(1)the overall efficiency of digital agricultural technology innovation is general,and uneven development phenomenon exists in the east,middle and west areas,presenting the characteristics of "low east and high west",and unbalanced development exists within the region;(2)Environmental factors and random error factors have inhibitory effects on the average comprehensive technical efficiency and average pure technical efficiency of China and the three regions;(3)The low comprehensive efficiency of the eastern and western regions is caused by scale efficiency,while the low comprehensive efficiency of the central region is caused by pure technical efficiency;(4)From the vertical perspective,the total factor productivity of digital agricultural technology innovation showed a downward trend during 2017-2020,and the influence brought by the change of technical efficiency was far greater than that brought by technological progress.(5)The regional economic development level,the scale of the primary industry and the penetration level of infrastructure had a positive impact on the innovation efficiency of digital agricultural technology,while the government support and the regional manpower level had a negative impact.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the following policy suggestions that are conducive to improving the efficiency of digital agricultural technology innovation: First,all regions should adapt to local conditions,change the mode and adjust the structure;Second,strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure,promote the innovation and development of agricultural digital technology;Third,promote the development of the primary industry,pay attention to talent education;Fourth,multi-party cooperation,strengthen regional communication and exchanges.
