Research On The Coupling And Coordination Between Rural Digital Economy And High-quality Agricultural Developmen

The stable convergence of rural digital economy and high-quality agricultural development is highly related to a series of key tasks concerning "three rural issues",such as the rural revitalization strategy and the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.To promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two,so that rural areas can get a ride on the digital economy,is of overall and historic significance for promoting the high-quality development of Chinese economy and realizing the grand goal of Chinese path to modernization.In this context,this paper starts from the theoretical connotation of digital economy and high quality development,analyzes the evolution process and interaction mechanism of the coupling coordination between rural digital economy and highquality development of agriculture in China,constructs the evaluation index system of the coupling system,and uses multidisciplinary theories and methods such as obstacle degree model,coupling coordination degree model,Dagum Gini coefficient,etc.This paper systematically measures and analyzes the development level and coupling coordination degree of rural digital economy and agricultural high quality in 30provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)from 2013 to 2020.The findings are as follows:(1)The level of rural digital economy development in our country is generally weaker than the high quality agricultural development,but the former growth rate is faster than the latter,the gap is gradually narrowed.(2)The rural digital economy and the high quality development of agriculture are highly coupled,but the coupling coordination is still at the lower level.(3)There are significant differences in the interregional coupling coordination degree.On the whole,the eastern region leads the national level,while the northeastern region and the western region are lower than the national average level.(4)Except for the differences between east and northeast regions,the differences between other regions showed a trend of fluctuation decline,and the overall differences between the two coupling coordination degrees during the study period mainly came from the differences between regions.The research innovatively integrates rural digital economy and agricultural highquality development into the unified framework,and reveals the overall current situation and regional characteristics of the coupled and coordinated development of the two by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.It is anticipated that the research results can provide practical reference for the construction of digital countryside,the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the realization of common prosperity of urban and rural people.
