| In recent years,the rapid development of China’s digital economy,the wide range of radiation,the deep degree of influence is unprecedented.Under the background of the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle,the digital economy can fully tap the potential of domestic demand,effectively digest the existing production capacity,and promote the continuous upgrading of industrial structure on this basis.The industry also gives birth to a variety of new forms of business and new content under the power of digitalization,and the cycle promotes the development of digital economy.The upgrading of industrial structure is a new driving force for the development of the digital economy,while the development of the digital economy is a strong support for the upgrading of the industrial structure.The two influences each other and there is interaction and coordination.However,at present,most scholars mainly study the measurement and influencing factors analysis of the development of digital economy and the upgrading of industrial structure,and there are very few researches on the coupling coordination between the two.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coupling coordination degree between the development of digital economy and the upgrading of industrial structure.First of all,this thesis briefly discusses the development status and related theories of digital economy and industrial structure at home and abroad,and analyzes the coupling mechanism of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading in detail.Secondly,on the basis of explaining the principle and basis of index construction,the comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading is constructed respectively,and the comprehensive evaluation model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model adopted in this thesis are introduced.Furthermore,according to the constructed comprehensive evaluation index system and objective weighting by entropy method,the comprehensive index of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading in 30 provinces and cities in China during2011—2020 was calculated and analyzed in time and space.Then,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading in 30 provinces and cities in China during 2011—2020 was calculated by using the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model,and the obtained results were analyzed spatiotemporal.Finally,Theil index,kernel density estimation and Markov chain are used to analyze the spatial difference,dynamic evolution and trend prediction of coupling coordination degree in multiple dimensions.The conclusions are as follows.From the overall situation of the country:(1)China’s digital economy development index and industrial structure upgrading index showed a slow rising trend from 2011 to 2020 the trend was roughly the same,and the digital economy development index was slightly lower than the industrial structure upgrading index.(2)There is a high coupling phenomenon between the two systems of China’s digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading,with the coupling degree rising from 0.876 in 2011 to 0.936 in 2020,indicating a very high degree of correlation and coordination between the two systems of China’s digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading.It shows that the development of digital economy and the upgrading of industrial structure are mutually promoting and restricting each other.(3)The coupling coordination degree between the development of China’s digital economy and the upgrading of industrial structure shows an overall upward trend,with the value increasing from0.31 to 0.51.The coordination type gradually changes from low coordination degree to moderate coordination degree,and the coordination degree gradually improves.From the perspective of China’s three regions:(1)there is a big difference between the development level of digital economy and the upgrading level of industrial structure in eastern,central and western China.The development level of digital economy is eastern,central and western respectively from high to low in 2020,while the upgrading level of industrial structure is eastern,western and central respectively from high to low in 2020.(2)The coupling coordination degree of digital economic development and industrial structure upgrading in eastern China is always higher than that in central and western China.In 2012 and 2013,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading in the western region was higher than that in the central region.However,as time went by,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading in the central region was gradually better than that in the western region.(3)In the eastern region,the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading has realized the transformation from low degree coordination to medium degree coordination,while in the central and western region,it has realized the transformation from decline imbalance to low degree coordination.From the 30 provinces and cities in China:(1)The provinces and cities with a high level of digital economy development are Guangdong,Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The provinces and cities with a high level of industrial structure upgrading are Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Tianjin and Guangdong respectively.(2)In 2020,there are two provinces and cities in the highly coordinated category,namely Beijing and Shanghai.There are 9 provinces and cities in moderate coordination,namely Tianjin,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Shandong,Hubei,Guangdong,Hainan and Sichuan.The other 19 provinces and cities are in low coordination.According to the measurement results of Theil index on spatial differences,the variation trend of intraregional differences in the three regions tends to be consistent with the overall differences,while interregional differences are small and do not change much.The main source of overall differences is intraregional differences,and the contribution rate of intraregional differences is more than 90%.Intraregional differences in the three regions are eastern,western and central in descending order.Secondly,from the estimation results based on nuclear density,the overall coupling coordination degree in the observation period showed an upward trend,there was a right-trailing phenomenon,but the dispersion degree was low,and the overall difference was low.There was a "double peak" feature in the observation period,and the peak of the main peak was high and steep,presenting a "relatively balanced" feature.From the perspective of regions,the eastern region has the feature of "single peak" each year during the observation period,with low crest and wide width,presenting the characteristics of "high coupling and unbalanced" as time goes by.In 2020,the central region and the western region have the characteristics of "double peaks",and the main peaks are low and wide,and the coupling coordination degree presents the characteristics of "unbalanced".Finally,from the perspective of the transfer matrix based on Markov chain,the diagonal probability of the matrix is greater than the non-diagonal probability,and the probability of maintaining the original coordination type increases with the passage of time.The coordination type transfer mainly occurs in the adjacent interval,and there is no cross-regional transfer.According to the prediction results in 2025 and 2035,the probability of low coordination to medium coordination and high coordination is increasing,and the probability of moderate coordination to high coordination is also increasing.It shows that in the future,the coupling coordination level of digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading has a relatively good effect.Therefore,at present,it is necessary to continue to implement policies and financial support corresponding to digital economy and industrial structure,so as to promote the coordinated development between them in the future.Based on the above research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions.First,actively promote the construction of digital technology innovation system,and further improve the development level of digital economy.Second,we need to improve the industrial structure and ensure that industries pay dividends.Third,promote the coordinated development of digital economy and industrial structure in a comprehensive and multi-level way,and enhance the compatibility between digital economy development and industrial structure upgrading. |
