Study On The Coupling And Coordination Of Digital Economy,New Urbanization And Rural Revitalization

As a new driving force for economic development,the digital economy provides a good opportunity for new-type urbanization and rural revitalization.In the digital era,the digital economy has become a key factor in promoting the transformation of economic growth and development models,which can promote the construction of new urbanization and rural revitalization,and new urbanization and rural revitalization will also feed back the innovation and upgrading of the digital economy.The digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization will play a more important role in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.The evolution of the interaction between the three has also become a matter of great concern at present.At present,the research mainly focuses on two of them,but this paper examines whether the digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization are coordinated development,and explores the driving factors of their coordinated development.It provides ideas for promoting the more coordinated development of digital economy,new-type urbanization construction and rural revitalization,and formulating more precise guidelines and policies.This paper takes digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization as research objects,and explores the coupling and coordination relationship between 30 provinces from2010 to 2020.First,this article explains the concepts and their connections.Based on the conceptual connotation,three index systems of digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization were established.The entropy weight method was used to determine the weight,and the horizontal measurement was carried out in 30 provinces.Thirdly,the coupling coordination model measurement is established,the coupling coordination degree of the three systems is analyzed,and the Moran index is used to analyze its spatial correlation.Finally,the spatial Dubin model is used to analyze the coupling coordination drivers.Based on the conclusions,suggestions are made for the development of digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization in a more coupled and coordinated direction.The main conclusions drawn in this article are:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the overall level of digital economy,new urbanization,and rural revitalization development in China is on the rise,showing a spatial characteristic of high in the east and low in the west,and the levels of all dimensions are on the rise.(2)The coupling between the three systems is constantly increasing and is in a highly coupled stage.The degree of coupling coordination has gone through three stages and currently reaches a barely coordinated level,but it still needs to be strengthened.And the overall coordination level has always been higher in the eastern region than in the central and western regions.(3)The spatial Durbin model was used to analyze the influencing factors of coupling coordination,and the results showed that six aspects,namely economic development,government driving force,industry driving force,technology driving force,information technology level,and human capital,had a driving effect on the coupling coordination of the three systems.However,the role of outward driving force has not been shown at this stage.Among them,economic development has the strongest driving effect on the coupling and coordination of the three systems.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure and improve scientific research and innovation capabilities.The state has issued relevant policies to support the construction of the digital economy in the western region;Central and western provinces and cities focus on the development of their own digital economy and narrow development gaps;Provinces with good development should play a leading role in helping backward provinces.(2)Adhere to people-oriented and promote social urbanization in an orderly manner.Promote urbanization in a reasonable and orderly manner in accordance with local conditions.Intensive empirical learning between different provinces.In the future,it is still necessary to pay attention to people-oriented and improve the construction of public services.(3)Optimize the rural industrial structure and promote modernization development.Strengthen policy support,tap the resource advantages of various regions,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,make up for the shortcomings of agricultural modernization,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.On the other hand,we should give full play to the role of radiation in high-level areas,promote industrial transfer between regions,and promote urban and rural economic construction in "low-lying" areas while doing a good job in regional economic reform.(5)Guided by the driving mechanism,help the coordinated development of digital economy,new urbanization and rural revitalization from an all-round and multi-perspective.While giving play to the role of the market as the main body,the government will increase investment in education,science and technology fiscal expenditure,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.
