| The Qinling Mountains are located in the transition zone from warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest to subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,belonging to the mid-latitude region,which is mainly affected by monsoon climate and continental climate.there are obvious differences in the water and heat conditions between the northern and southern slopes of the Qinling Mountains,which provides suitable conditions for the diversity and propagation of the endemic seed plants in China.In this study,Roseaceae plants in the Qinling Mountains were selected as the research object.A database of plants including species name,application value,distribution area and distribution hotspot was established.On this basis,Rubus plants in the Roseaceae were analyzed to determine the species,habitat,ornamental characteristics and spatial distribution of the plants.The main research conclusions are as follows.1.38 genera,314 species and 81 varieties of Rosaceae in the Qinling Mountains(APG IV classification system).The species diversity is rich,accounting for 33.05% of the total species of Rosaceae in China.According to the number of species in the genus,the genus containing 2~9 species was the most abundant in Qinling,with a total of 17 genera and 58 species.There were 4 genera with 30 or more species,including 44 species of Plum,39 species of Rubus,34 species of Rose and 32 species of Spiraea.It contains the largest number of species,149.The largest number of varieties is Rosa,with 16 varieties.There are 241 species of roseaceae in Qinling,accounting for 61.01% of the total species.Among them,deciduous shrubs were dominant,with 223 species,accounting for 56.45% of the total species.2.There are 19 genera and 58 species of medicinal plants in the Rosaceae family in the Qinling Mountains,accounting for 50% of the total genera.The genera with the highest number of medicinal plant species are Rubus and Potentilla,each with 11 species.Most of them are herbaceous,accounting for 28.2% and 37.93% of their species,respectively.Most of them can be used as whole plants for medicine.Some Rosaceae plants also have edible value,ornamental value,tannic value,wood value,oil value,and rootstock value.3.According to the absolute richness of genus,there were 8 counties(districts)with25 genera or more,accounting for 12.12% of the total number of counties(districts).Wenxian County and Zhouzhi County had the most genera,accounting for 28 genera,accounting for 73.68% of the total number of Rosaceae genera in Qinling Mountains.According to the absolute species richness,the number of roseaceae species in each county(district)ranged from 1 to 215,with a median value of 108.Only 8 districts were higher than the median value,accounting for 12.12% of the total number of counties(district).There was only one county(district)with 201 or more species,namely Taibai County,with215 species.There are 247 species of Rosaceae that can grow in the altitude range of1000~1499m,accounting for 62.53% of the total species of Rosaceae in the Qinling Mountains,which is the best region for the growth of rosaceae plants in the Qinling Mountains.The highest range of genus differentiation intensity and species density were in Taibai County.The regions with high density values are mainly concentrated in the central and western regions,while the eastern regions have low density values.4.The main ornamental season of Rubus in Qinling Mountains of Shaanxi Province is summer(June-August).There are 4 dominant species of Rubus in 36 counties of Qinling Mountains.The central area of Qinling Mountains is the main distribution area of Rubus in Shaanxi.Taibai County and Ningshan County have the highest absolute species richness,accounting for 78.2% of all Rubus plants in Qinling Mountains.The correlation between species density and differentiation intensity showed that the differentiation intensity of genus was highly correlated with species density.The number of plant species decreased gradually from the higher altitude mountain area to the lower altitude mountain area.The number of species on both sides of the central slope showed a certain step reduction trend.Ningshan and Shiquan counties were the core distribution areas on the southern slope of the Qinling Mountains,and Taibai County was the core distribution area on the Northern Slope of the Qinling Mountains. |
