| Under the background of high-quality economic and social development,expanding the domestic market and building a new development pattern,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the space-time pattern of commercial outlets in the central urban area and its influencing factors,and to provide suggestions on spatial layout optimization,which can meet the diverse needs of consumers and optimize the urban spatial structure.Using POI big data,using kernel density estimation method,standard deviation ellipse,geographical detector and other methods,this paper studies the spatial-temporal evolution pattern of commercial outlets in Kaifeng central city,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the factors affecting the layout of commercial outlets.Based on the problems existing in the layout,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of commercial network in Kaifeng central city.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the space-time pattern of commercial outlets has changed significantly.First of all,in terms of quantity,the absolute number of overall commercial outlets in the central urban area has increased significantly.The number of business types increased,shopping > Life Service > catering > Business >accommodation > leisure entertainment > Finance.From 2010 to 2015,the growth was the largest.The business structure was dominated by catering,shopping and living services,while other business types accounted for a relatively small proportion.Secondly,the spatial distribution characteristics change.The overall spatial distribution characteristics of business show the coexistence of central agglomeration and peripheral dispersion.Accommodation,catering,shopping,finance,business,life services,leisure and entertainment have different spatial distribution characteristics due to different business types.Finally,in terms of the distribution center and direction,from 2005 to 2020,the overall business showed a moving law from the middle to the northwest;The spatial distribution scope of the spread is large to the northwest;The commercial development in the West and north is faster.Each business type shows the characteristics of distribution from east to west.Except for the clockwise rotation of finance,the rotation direction and development speed of other business types are highly similar to the overall layout.In particular,the counterclockwise rotation angle of leisure and entertainment,shopping and life service outlets is larger and the directionality is more obvious.Secondly,the agglomeration effect is an important factor affecting the layout of commercial outlets,and the influencing factors of different commercial formats are different.On the one hand,quantitative analysis shows that the overall commercial layout is mainly affected by the agglomeration effect.The agglomeration effect,the number of residential areas,the accessibility of centers and land prices have a strong explanatory effect on the commercial network layout.The number of traffic stations,schools,hospitals and road network density have a strong explanatory effect on the commercial layout,while the population density has no obvious impact on the commercial layout.In terms of different business types,the agglomeration effect has a high explanatory power for accommodation and shopping,the accessibility of the center has a high explanatory power for business,and the land price has a strong explanatory power for finance and business;The density of residential quarters has a strong explanatory power for living services.The road network density has a significant impact on catering and living services.On the other hand,qualitative analysis shows that government policies and urban evolution affect commercial layout.Thirdly,identify the layout of commercial outlets in central urban areas and put forward diversified optimization strategies.Optimize the grading system of Kaifeng commercial center and guide the orderly layout of commercial outlets;Fully consider the commercial function and adjust the spatial layout of commercial formats in the central urban area;Optimize the urban transportation network system and improve the accessibility of commercial outlets;The market and the government should "pay attention to both" and guide the rational development of commercial formats. |
