With the structural reform of the State Council,the entry barrier of surveying and mapping industry has changed,more and more technical teams have joined the industry,and the competition among surveying and Mapping Enterprises has intensified.As a new force in the surveying and mapping geographic information industry,G Company is a technology-intensive enterprise.It pays special attention to the demand,retention and cultivation of talents,G Company needs to set up an incentive mechanism that can motivate the staff to work,effectively integrate the enterprise goal and the staff goal,so that the staff can not work shackles,improve employee satisfaction during the tenure to ensure the retention of talent,and ultimately promote the achievement of corporate goals.This thesis uses motivation theory and relevant literature research to identify the motivation needs of employees in G company.Combining principal component analysis,it summarizes the five major motivation factors of G company.Based on the development status and analysis results of motivation factors of G company,it designs an incentive mechanism system suitable for G company.Through the implementation and operation of the incentive mechanism system for more than six months,it summarizes the effectiveness and problems of the implementation of the incentive mechanism.The design of incentive mechanism based on employee incentive needs can help G Company fully stimulate the work vitality of employees,more effectively promote the achievement of employees’ work goals,improve employees’ job satisfaction,and ensure the retention rate of talents,finally better and faster to promote the completion of the company’s objectives,to achieve the sustainable development of G Company.
