| Research purposes:In order to deeply detect the characteristics of inhibitory control ability of mobile phone addicts and verify acute aerobic exercise influence on mobile phone addicts’ inhibitory control ability. This study would explore the following issues: 1.Using the antisaccade task to detect whether there are differences in the characteristics of inhibitory control ability between mobile phone addicts and normal people.2.Can the acute aerobic exercise intervention improve the inhibitory control ability and reduce the sense of craving of mobile phone addicts?Research method:Study 1 selected 34 college students aged 18-20 as research subjects through the mobile phone addiction tendency scale, and divided them into mobile phone addiction group and non-mobile phone addiction group according to the mobile phone addiction score, and each group has 17 participants.Gender, age and other factors were matched with the experimental group. The antisaccade paradigm was used as a measure of inhibitory control ability and the experimental program was presented by computer.Analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to detect the characteristics of inhibitory control ability between mobile phone addicts and non-mobile phone addicts. In study 2,32 college students aged 18-20 with mobile phone addiction were selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The two groups matched gender, age, and mobile phone addiction scores. The inhibitory control ability was tested by the antisaccade task and the Flanker task.Repeated measurement ANOVA was used to detect the changes on the data before and after exercise intervention in inhibitory control ability and craving feeling of the mobile phone addicts.Research result: The results of study 1 showed that :(1)The antisaccade error rate of mobile phone addicts was higher than that of non-mobile phone addicts(p < 0.05);(2)The prosaccade latency of mobile phone addicts was shorter than that of non-mobile phone addicts(p < 0.05).(3)Mobile phone addiction scores were significantly correlated with the antisaccade task metrics(ps < 0.05).The results of study 2 showed that :(1)After acute aerobic exercise intervention, antisaccade latency of mobile phone addicts was significantly reduced(p < 0.05);(2)The response time of mobile phone addicts under Flanker incongruent task decreased significantly(p < 0.05);(3)There was no significant change in mobile phone craving(p > 0.05).Analysis conclusion: 1.The inhibitory control ability of mobile phone addicts is lower than that of non-mobile phone addicts.2.After acute aerobic exercise intervention, the inhibitory control ability of mobile phone addicts was improved. |
