Investigation On Synthesis Of The Novle Heterocyclic-Fused [1,6] Naphthyridines Based On 4-Bromomethylquinoline-2-One

Heterocyclic compounds with the ongoing research in the chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis industry,quinoline and its derivatives because of its unique ring friendliness and great practical value and attracted widespread attention,it is also very broad application prospects.The paper is divided into three experimental part,the first portion of4-bromomethylquinolin-2-one as the basic raw material,and a mercapto group salicyl carbonitrile were condensed to give 4-（3-aminobenzothien-2-yl）quinolin-2-one,give the intermediate as a principle and an aromatic aldehyde was heated under reflux conditions benzo[b]benzothieno[2,3-e][1,6]naphthyridine heterocyclic compound.The second portion of 4-bromomethylquinolin-2-one as a starting material quinolin-3-cyano-pyridin-thione is reacted with to give 4-（3-amino-pyridine and thiophene）quinolin-2-one intermediates,and this[1,6]naphthyridine type fused heterocyclic compounds as raw materials under a reaction,the reaction with an aromatic aldehyde,a series of pyridine and thieno.The third portion of 4-bromomethylquinoli-2-one as starting material4-mercapto-5-cyano pyrimidine is reacted with to give 4-（3-amino-pyrimidine and thiophene）quinolin-2-one intermediate,and then the the product is further reacted with an aldehyde cyclization achieve pyrimido thieno[1,6]naphthyridine type synthetic fused heterocyclic compounds.The structures of all compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,¹H-NMR spectrum and ¹³C-NMR spectrum.
