In recent years,with the rapid development of equipment manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing related technology,manufacturing enterprises and vocational colleges are facing the trend of upgrading and upgrading equipment in the process of transforming from manufacturing to manufacturing powerhouse in China.Therefore,based on the project of numerical control transformation for C6136 electrical system by FANUC0 i system,this paper explores and summarizes a set of simple and practical NC transformation methods for machine tools.Firstly,based on the application of FANUC0 i on economical CNC lathe,the key points of hardware selection,interface application and actual connection of CNC system are analyzed.And a complete failure analysis table for CNC system interface failure is built through experiments.Then the mechanical part of machine tool NC transformation made modification scheme of spindle box,gear box,feed box,knife rest and other aspects;the electrical control of machine tools,designed a scheme of NC control timely,covering protection,power system,auxiliary function to achieve the following aspects;summarized a set of steps for pre-detection of power supply on electrical control system.Finally,a set of complete and feasible debugging process is summed up from many aspects for the debugging of numerical control system,including parameter setting of numerical control system,PMC configuration,PMC ladder diagram design,servo optimization step,method of establishing reference point,development &application of secondary function and system data backup.In particular,it puts forward a lot of new ideas for the secondary development of the protection function.Thinking deeply about further transformation on the connection between CNC machine tools and robots,CNC machine tools and various advanced auxiliary equipment in the future.The experimental result proves that the proposed scheme is feasible,easy to operate,simple and efficient in debugging,and the equipment is stable and reliable after modification.
