| In recent years,the impact of bacteria and viruses on human survival and development has attracted extensive attention.Potassium peroxymonosulfate has become an ideal disinfectant for people to fight against bacteria and viruses due to its strong sterilization ability,high efficiency disinfection effect and safe use process.However,the high cost limits its popularization and application.In this study,the preparation process of potassium peroxymonosulfate and sodium peroxide sulfate was optimized,and then the two were compounded to develop a disinfection product with excellent performance and low cost.Firstly,the preparation of potassium peroxymonosulfate and sodium peroxide sulfate was carried out.The single factor experiment was used to preliminarily explore the influencing factors.On this basis,the optimized process conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.XRD and FTIR were used to characterize and analyze it.Then the compound proportion of the disinfectant was studied through the minimum bactericidal concentration experiment,which provided theoretical basis for the practical application of the compound disinfectant.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of potassium peroxymonosulfate are as follows: 30%(mass fraction)hydrogen peroxide as raw material,HEDP as hydrogen peroxide stabilizer,peroxide reaction temperature 5 ℃,neutralization reaction temperature 7 ℃,static crystallization time 3 h,n(hydrogen peroxide): n(fuming sulfuric acid): n(potassium hydroxide)= 1:1.3:1.After detection,the active oxygen content of the product reaches 4.78%,the yield reaches 53.5%,the stability reaches 97.2%,and the appearance of the product is white powder.The optimal preparation conditions of sodium peroxide sulfate are as follows: 30%(mass fraction)hydrogen peroxide,anhydrous sodium sulfate and sodium chloride are used as raw materials,25 m L of 30% hydrogen peroxide,4 g of sodium chloride,32 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate are added,reaction time 40 min,reaction temperature 20 ℃,drying temperature 50 ℃.After detection,the hydrogen peroxide content of the product reaches9.73%,the yield reaches 37.79%,the stability reaches 98.5%,and the appearance of product is white crystalline powder.The optimal mixing ratio of potassium peroxymonosulfate compound disinfectant obtained that the compound mass ratio of potassium peroxymonosulfate and sodium peroxide sulfate is 5:6.At this time,the minimum bactericidal concentration values to cryptococcus neoformans,candida albicans,escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were all lower than potassium peroxymonosulfate used alone.The potassium peroxymonosulfate compound disinfectant has low cost,high efficiency,safety and environmental protection,and meets the demands of modern people for green and healthy disinfection industry. |
