As a tropical fruit,coconut is deeply loved by people because of its sweet taste and high nutritional value.At the same time,coconuts are full of treasures,coconut robes can be used as mattresses,and coconut shells can be used as activated carbon.In addition,coconut is also the raw material for many foods and crafts.For example,coconut sugar,coconut flakes and some coconut shell craft art,all use coconut as the raw material.Most of my country’s coconuts are produced in Hainan,so most of my country’s coconut processing enterprises are also located in Hainan.After many on-site investigations,it was found that most coconut processing companies still rely mainly on manual processing for the preliminary processing of coconuts.When processing green coconuts into green coconuts,in most cases workers use a machete to chop the coconuts into green coconut shapes.A few coconut processing factories use machines to process the sides of the coconuts and cut the coconuts into cylinders.The processing of the top and bottom of the coconut oil still requires manual knife cutting.Therefore,the current coconut green processing methods generally have a certain degree of danger.The personal safety of workers cannot be guaranteed,and the processing efficiency is low,and the sanitary conditions cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,the development and research of the coconut green automatic processing machine has very important practical significance.In order to solve this problem,this research proposes a design scheme of an automatic processing machine for coconut greens.And set up an experimental workbench,after experimentation and improvement,the ideal processing effect is obtained.The work done is as follows:(1)Obtain physical characteristic data of coconuts through actual measurement of coconuts.In the library,look up the data on the processing technology of young coconut,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing young coconut processing technology.(2)Based on the existing coconut green processing technology,combined with the physical data of the coconut itself,a brand new coconut green processing machine is designed.According to the design plan,draw a mechanical schematic diagram.The main body of the coconut green processing machine can be divided into four parts: rotating table,cutting knife and feeding device,coconut clamping device and bottom cutting device.(3)Comprehensively consider the working status of each device of the coconut green processing machine,and design the structure of each part.Combined with the way the coconut is fixed when the rotating worktable is working,and the movement form of the coconut on the worktable,a simple and reliable spiked disc is designed to ensure the stability of the coconut during cutting.According to the design of the cutter and the feed device,the parameters of the fixed device of the rotary table are improved.The coconut clamping device is used to remove the coconut from the fixing device and clamp the coconut to perform the bottom cutting operation.Therefore,a feasible manipulator solution is designed according to the working form of the clamping device.Combined with the working state of the bottom cutting device when cutting coconuts,the appropriate cutting cutter and cutter drive device are selected to ensure the stability of the processing process.The 3D design software SolidWorks is used to establish the gripping hand model,and the gripping hand is simulated and analyzed to ensure that the strength of the gripping hand can meet the needs of its operation.Determine the best mechanical design scheme by theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.(4)According to the designed coconut green processing machine plan,a prototype is made and processing tests are carried out.According to the test results,a series of data including the distribution form of the cutting tools,the design of the tool angle and the force parameters of the manipulator are obtained.Find out the optimal parameter combination,further improve the young coconut processing machine,and improve the working efficiency of the young coconut processing machine.Conclusion: The coconut green automatic processing machine in this study has achieved the expected processing effect.Its processing efficiency of 120~140 pieces/h has been greatly improved compared with the manual processing speed of 60~80 pieces/h,and its operation is simple.,Safe,efficient,clean and hygienic,can well meet the processing needs of coconut processing plants.
