| Cork floor has mute,moistureproof,prevent static electricity,foot feels comfortable,green environmental protection to wait for a lot of advantage.As cork floor is popularized gradually,cork floor from original library,hospital waits for the domain with inferior to its mechanics strength to the field with higher requirement to its mechanics strength to playground gradually outspread.Accordingly,the market is bigger and bigger to the demand of cork floor with higher mechanical strength.The cork floor with bigger preparation density can raise floor mechanics strength effectively,but hinder the quantity of domestic cork resource,increase density can increase the demand to cork.Therefore,under the condition of a certain density of floor,it is particularly necessary to improve its mechanical strength,which has important research value.The purpose of this paper is to improve the mechanical strength of the floor plate without changing its density.Firstly,the process of preparing cemented cork flooring was improved and optimized,and then the mechanical strength was enhanced and modified by natural fiber.Bamboo fiber reinforced cemented cork floor board(CBC-15%)with a density of 0.4g/cm3 with high strength and excellent dimensional stability was prepared.The main research results are as follows:(1)Under the same density condition,the floor plate prepared by hot-pressing process has higher mechanical strength than the floor plate prepared by "frame process" adopted in the factory.It was found that the optimal hot pressing parameters of cemented cork floor with a density of 0.4g/cm3 were as follows:sizing amount 10%,hot pressing temperature 125℃,hot pressing time 2min/mm.The cemented cork flooring under this process condition not only ensures the comfortable feeling of feet and the compressive resilience of the floor,but also improves the mechanical strength and the dimensional stability of damp and heat resistance.(2)Bamboo fiber reinforced cemented cork floor board(CBC-15%)was prepared by adding natural fiber to modified the mechanical strength of cemented cork floor board.It was found that the addition of bamboo fiber did not change the optimum hot pressing parameters.The mechanical strength(tensile strength,static flexural strength and elastic modulus)of CBC-15%is significantly increased and doubled compared with the pure cemented cork floor before modification.The improvement of dimensional stability against high humidity and heat is remarkable.After modification,the compression degree of the floor board is slightly decreased,but it does not affect its foot comfort,and the rebound rate is improved,and the performance of maintaining the original size is enhanced.(3)CBC-15%of the floor panels retain the color and texture of cork.Wear resistance has been improved to the standard of superior products.The resistance to water absorption expansion rate can be enhanced.The dynamic viscoelasticity of single cantilever mode shows that at room temperature(-50℃~25℃),the energy storage modulus increases,the loss modulus decreases,and the ability to resist bending deformation increases.Compared with foreign high-strength flooring,CBC-15%flooring has similar mechanical and physical properties,better wear resistance,tensile strength and rebound rate. |
