Cork has unique structure and physical properties and it is wide range used in many fields, adhesive are important indispensable materials to product cork,they have great impact on the indicators of the physical and chemical properties of cork products. This study based on existing timber-based adhesive, and selected four adhesive to mix,researched on different processing parameters impact on the indicators of physical properties of cork-board.The results provide some references for the enterprise to product cork.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Different physical properties of preparaed group have different optimal parameters,the analysis of MDI mixed with VAE factor parameters is: sizing amount is 7%,MDI:VAE=1:4,hot-pressing temperature is 150℃,hot-pressing time is 12 minutes or 16 minutes.The primary and secondary important affection factor order is:temperature, sizing volume, time, the ratio of MDI and VAE.The different factor parameters of VAE mixed with UF are:sizing is 10%, VAE:UF=1:9, the temperature of hot-pressing is 180℃, hot-pressing time is 12 minutes.The primary and secondary important affection factor order is:temperature, sizing volume,the ratio of UF and VAE, time.The different factor parameters of MDI mixed with UF are:sizing volume is 7%, MDI:UF=1:4, the temperature of hot-pressing is 150℃, hot-pressing time is 16 minutes.The primary and secondary important affection factor order is:temperature, sizing volume, time, the ratio of MDI and UF.The different factor parameters of White latex mixed with UF are:sizing volume is 8%, white latex:UF =1:9, the temperature of hot-pressing is 180℃, hot-pressing time is 12 minute.The primary and secondary important affection factor order is:temperature, sizing volume, time, the ratio of white latex and UF.2.The boards prepared with MDI and VAE, VAE and UF have higher density and tensile strength,prepared with MDI and VAE have highest water resistance,anti-boiling water's capacity is poor and inside combine strength is lowest;The boards prepared with VAE and UF have most poor water resistance in opposite value,however, the absolute value be still more ideal,anti- boiling water's capacity is better,inside combine strength is biggest;The boards prepared with MDI and UF and the boards prepared with white latex and UF have same inside combine strength,anti-boiling water's capacity of the boards prepared with MDI and UF is best,surface quality of them are best too,however,the density, tensile strength, absorbent thickness swelling 2 hours later and moisture content bility all are poor than other groups;The boards prepared with white latex and UF have poorest anti-boiling water's capacity,best water resistance performance,moisture content and density are lower.3.Comprehensive reserch on four factors of the each groups impact on physical properties of cork under the production from orthogonal test can be found:sizing volum of boards have the greatest impact on tensile strength,the impact of density is in the second order,have no significant impact on the rest performance;The adhesive ratio of the boards prepared with VAE and UF has significant impact on density and moisture content only,has significant impact on tensile strength of the boards prepared with white latex and UF;Hot-pressing temperature is the main factors of cork,except density and tensile strength,hot-pressing temperature has significant impact on remaining properties;Hot-pressing time has significant impact on absorbent thickness swelling 2 hours later of the boards prepared with white latex and UF,density of the boards prepared with VAE and UF,tensile strength of the boards prepared with MDI and UF,has no significant impact on other performance,it is not main plank impact factors to cork.
