Cork is renewable, sustainable resource, it is consistent with the requirements of ecological and environmental materials, and important for sustainable development. To meet the various color demand of cork products consumers with diverse aesthetic, this study takes cork material as objects, conducts the cork bleaching and dyeing process research, and obtains the best bleaching formula and the bleaching process parameters, the optimum staining dyes and the best dyeing process parameters of two kinds of basic dyes, then analysises the photochromic principle of cork material, bleaching, dyeing and coated materials. Conclusion as follows:1. Conducts cork bleaching experiments with six bleach formula, and confirm hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is the bleaching cork material main agent; Selects sodium silicate and magnesium sulfate as cork bleaching stabilizer with the proportion of 1:1, and that avoides adverse effects caused by the use of one single agent, and it is better for inhibiting invalid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide; Selects penetrant JFC to inhance cork bleaching effect, reduce bleaching time and achieve cost savings;2. Preconditioning can reduce color difference between inside and outside ,so as to inhance bleaching effect, then gets the optimum pre-treatment process: sodium hydroxide concentration is0.3%, temperature is 60℃, time is 60min;3. According to the orthogonal experiments gets the optimum cork bleaching conditions: hydrogen peroxide concentration of 12%, bleaching time of 60min, bleaching temperature of 80℃, stabilizer concentration of 1% (sodium: sulfate = 1 : 1), penetrant concentration of 1% ,bleach solution pH = 11;4. The dye effect for bleaching materials is better than cork material, basic dye is better than the other two dyes;5. Through stain orthogonal test on bleached cork by two basic dyes, this study finds different types of dye will get diffrernt optimal parameters for cork staining. takes red, green axis chromatic index difference (△a*), color saturation difference (△C*) and color difference (△E *) as the evaluation index, the dye safranine FF optimum conditions can be achieved: sodium sulfate concentration is 0.5%, dye concentration is 0.1%, acetic acid concentration is 1%, additive concentration is1%, temperature is 50℃, time is 90min; takes yellow-blue chromaticity index axis difference (△b*), color saturation difference (△C*), and color difference (△E*) as the evaluation index, the basic yellow O staining optimum conditions: sodium sulfate concentration is 0.05%, dye concentration is 0.1%, acetic acid concentration is 2%, additive concentration is 1%, temperature is 50℃, time is 150min;6. Cork material color will change to some extent when suffer light radiation, but not significantlly, indicating cork is a relatively light resistance material;and after coated, the cork material will fade to some extent;7.After bleach cork material suffering light radiation,△E* and Wh% change significantly and presente a larger trend with the irradiation time increases, the overall color is dark;and the light risistant of bleched cork material ,coated is better than uncoated one, the paint film can restraint the photochromy of bleched cork material8. After suffering light radiation, Light resistance of stained cork material is worse than blenched material; Light resistance of stained cork material is different when the dyes are different, for yellow O,it is better than basic safranine; Light resistance of stained cork material which is coated is different when the dyes are different, for yellow O,it is better than basic safranine;and the light resistance of stained cork material which is coated is better than uncoated one;9. Light radiation chrominance indicators changes of blenched cork material is higher than unbleached one; for safranine FF stained cork that is coated ,it is little to do with whether it is the bleaching material in100h,the range is relatively small, while after coated, the light resistance of stained cork material by basic yellow O, bleched one is better than unbleched one.
