As the mining depth of the mine increases,the stress on the surrounding rock becomes greater.Under the action of the stress,the deformation speed of the surrounding rock in the roadway accelerates,and the ground pressure appears obvious.Facing the problems of rapid stress and rapid deformation of surrounding rock in deep mining,deep support becomes particularly important.At present,there are problems of excessive support or insufficient support under the mine.As mining activities progress,the mine pressure is in a dynamic state,and the support plan needs to be adjusted accordingly.Failure to monitor the law of changes in mine pressure in a timely manner makes it impossible to actively adjust the support system to control the appearance of ground pressure.Constrained by the special environmental and cost factors of the underground,the monitoring methods commonly used in most mines are still carried out by the monitoring staff to carry out on-site measurements on the support area,with a large workload,low monitoring efficiency and untimely data acquisition.Therefore,the monitoring of underground support conditions urgently requires an efficient,easy-to-place and maintain low-cost monitoring system.This paper conducts corresponding research on underground support monitoring and wireless communication technologies,and carries out the following work:(1)Find a large amount of information,combine the underground environment of the mine,choose the appropriate wireless communication technology for underground monitoring data transmission according to the characteristics and economic feasibility of different wireless communication technologies,and complete the design of the ZigBee network structure and underground support monitoring based on the mine structure The overall layout of the system.(2)Solved the problem of easy loss of data and equipment power supply using wireless communication technology in mines,and completed the hardware design and implementation of wireless monitoring system.(3)Set up a local database to organize,store and manage support monitoring data,and complete the design of the support monitoring system software based on the Visual Studio development environment.(4)Relevant tests were performed on the R&D completed underground support monitoring system in terms of measurement accuracy,equipment power consumption,and communication distance.Relying on the SanDaoGou Gold Mine in Fengcheng,the field application of the underground support monitoring system was carried out,and the system was optimized and improved according to the monitoring effect.In this paper,a dynamic monitoring system for underground support based on wireless sensor networks is developed to realize automatic collection,wireless transmission and centralized management of support monitoring data.The on-site monitoring data show that the system can accurately obtain the force data of the supporting members and its dynamic change law with time,providing a good technical support for the evaluation of the supporting effect and the optimization of the supporting scheme.
