As a large-scale bearing and transmission rubber product,belt conveyor has a wide range of applications in the fields of coal,steel,metallurgy and ports.In the application of conveyor belt,due to the van der Waals force,surface tension and other intermolecular interactions between the surface of elastomer composite and conveyor materials,a large amount of micro-and nano-materials will adhere to the surface of the conveyor belt covering rubber,causing a lot of problems during the application such as belt deviation,belt slippage,structural deformation and breakage of the belt,which not only consumes a lot of energy,but also seriously reduces the conveying efficiency and service life of the conveyor belt,which not only consumes a lot of energy,but also seriously reduces the conveying efficiency and service life of the conveyor belt.In this paper,in order to reduce the adherence amount of micro-and nano-materials pollution on the conveyor belt surface,elastomer with anti-tacking performance was modified by adding functional additives to the elastomer matrix and constructing anti-tacking film on the elastomer surface.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,by adding functional additives such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder(UPE),polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder(PTFE),erucic acid amide(EAA),ethylenebisstearic acid amide(EBS),ethylenebisoleic acid amide(EBO)and other small molecular additives that can effectively reduce the surface friction coefficient of the composite,elastomer composite with low adherence amount of micro-and nano-materials was prepared.The adherence amount of micro-and nano-materials on the elastomer composites decreased by about 80%.The durability of the anti-tacking performance of the composite surface was further studied by sandpaper abrasion.The result shows that after abrasing,the surface of the composites can still maintain some of antitacking performance.Secondly,by designing the structure of the composite,using the rubber-plastic duality of Eucommia ulmoides gum,EUG-NR composite with a layer of EUG anti-tacking film was prepared by using one-step hot-press method.The results show that the adherence amount of micro-and nano-materials on the EUG-NR composites surface were stably maintained below 0.100 g.And there was a strong bonding strength between the EUG anti-tacking film and underlying natrual rubber composite.The peel strength between EUG and NR maintained stably at 4.7 ~ 5.4 N/mm.The relationship between anti-tacking property and surface crystallinity of EUG film of EUG-NR composites were further studied by changing the using dosage of curing agent.The results show that the adherence amount of Al microspheres on the EUG-NR composite surface is inversely proportional to the crystallinity of composite surface.Finally,the influence of carbon black on the wear resistance and cutting resistance of the EUG-NR composite surface was further studied.
