| Graphene,as an emerging carbon material with various excellent properties, has become a hot spot for development in several fields. In this paper,we firstly prepared composite dispersions with different graphene concentrations and polymer species from the perspective of environmental friendliness, and then produced transparent antistatic films by flow casting method and modified them from different perspectives. The paper work mainly is as follows:(1)Stably dispersed aqueous graphene dispersions were successfully prepared by ultrasonic exfoliation, and the dispersion effects of six kinds of dispersants, namely sodium diphenylaminosulfonate, high molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP-K90),sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP-K30),sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),and sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC-Na),were investigated.Compared with other dispersants, the absorbance of the graphene dispersion composed of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was the highest, reaching 0.436 at 660 nm.The surface resistance of the prepared antistatic film was 4.8*10~7Ωand the transmittance could reach 78.5%,and the antistatic film prepared in this experiment had good flexibility and stability.(2)Polyaniline was doped with AMPS as the doping acid to obtain doped polyaniline with solubility in deionized water. The optimal formulation for further compounding with graphene antistatic films was determined by investigating the addition ratios of monomeric aniline and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and the addition ratios of aniline and oxidant ammonium persulfate. When AN:APS:AMPS=1:1.5:2,polyaniline with a resistance of 4Ωand a solubility of 8.8%can be obtained. The polyaniline synthesized with this formulation can further reduce the surface resistance of the antistatic film while avoiding agglomeration on the surface of the film due to excessive graphene content.(3)The grafted vanillin can reduce the number of hydroxyl groups on the molecular chain of poly(vinyl alcohol)and improve its water resistance, and the effect of different contents of vanillin on the structure and properties of poly(vinyl alcohol)was investigated. The feasibility of the modified polyvinyl alcohol for graphene antistatic films was further verified. |
