Study On Road Freight Overloading Control

Road freight overloading has always been the focus and difficulty of transportation supervision,and the illegal behavior of overloading will cause great harm to travel safety,driving road and operating vehicles.In recent years,30% to40% of road transport casualties are caused by road freight overload,which has caused huge economic losses.Although the central and local governments have issued a series of management policies and taken a lot of measures,there are still a variety of problems in the actual governance work of overloading,and the governance effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to study the governance of road freight overload.By elaborating the development and overloading control status of J city’s transportation,this paper explores the existing problems in the road freight overloading control process,analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward a series of feasible suggestions on how to control road freight overloading better,which also provides reference for other similar cities in China.The research shows that due to many factors,such as inadequate market management,weak construction of super control team,insufficient capital investment and poor linkage effect of departments in J City,the effect of super control is not good.Combined with the collaborative governance,from a super managers,front-line law enforcement officers,road freight from personnel of course of three dimensions,the J city road freight overrun overload work from administrative management,a line of law enforcement,puts forward three Suggestions related enterprises,enhance the level of road freight transfinite governance overload and create a good transportation environment.
