Research On Rural Eco-environmental Issues From The Perspective Of Marxist Ecological View

The ecological environment problem is a basic problem faced by contemporary human beings.Ecological livability is the main goal and task of rural revitalization in my country.The Marxist ecological view provides scientific theoretical guidance for solving the environmental problems faced by our country.From the perspective of Marxist ecological view,this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the construction of rural ecological civilization in my country,and explores the practical path to realize rural ecological civilization.And according to the existing problems,combined with the Marxist ecological view,put forward countermeasures,so as to promote the development of rural ecological civilization construction in China,and provide reference and theoretical support for my country to accelerate the construction of rural ecological civilization.This paper firstly conducts a systematic study on Marxist ecological thought as the theoretical basis for the construction of rural ecological civilization in my country,and sorts out the ecological civilization thought of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao in the process of Marxism,Engels,Lenin and Marxism in China.And Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought in the new era,and then examine the current problems existing in my country’s rural ecological civilization construction from the perspective of Marxist ecological civilization,and put forward the practical path of my country’s rural civilization construction from four aspects.First of all,this paper plans the rural ecological civilization from four strategic heights: the implementation of the Marxist ecological view to the construction of rural ecological civilization,the implementation of the new development concept,the insistence on developing the rural circular economy,the promotion of the legalization of rural ecological environmental protection,and the implementation of the ecological environment impact assessment system.construction.Secondly,this paper proposes the need to strengthen government control from four means.First,it is necessary to implement the implementation of policies,improve relevant mechanisms and team building;second,establish a green view of performance and pay attention to environmental governance;third,ensure the investment of funds to improve environmental protection infrastructure;fourth,it is necessary to Prioritize technological development to optimize the production model of the agricultural industry to reduce economic input.Third,this paper develops the rural economy and consolidates the material foundation by proposing to vigorously develop circular economy,build ecological agriculture,increase investment in science and technology,and implement capital guarantee work.Finally,this paper proposes to strengthen the propaganda of rural ecological ideas and improve farmers’ awareness of civilization from three aspects: improving rural basic education,enhancing farmers’ scientific and technological skills,and improving the image of rural civilization.
