Study On The Realization Path Of Green Agricultural Technology Extension

In recent years,non-point source pollution of agricultural production has increased,and the rural ecological environment has been repeatedly damaged.Developing green agriculture has become an important way to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,increase the supply of high-quality green agricultural products,and implement the rural revitalization strategy.The No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee in 2022 points out that we will continue to promote green development in agriculture and rural areas,strengthen comprehensive control of agricultural non-point source pollution,and further reduce agricultural inputs.China is a large agricultural country,the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has made a great contribution to the high yield and increase of grain,but the production mode of "high fertilizer and high medicine" also leads to the harm of agricultural products drug residue and farmland ecological environment destruction.Therefore,the development of safe and pollution-free green agriculture can not only meet residents’ demand for green agricultural products under the background of consumption upgrading,but also protect the agricultural ecological environment to the greatest extent.Under the guidance of the concept of green development,promoting the development of green agriculture is inseparable from the promotion of green agricultural technology.The current academic research on the popularization of green agricultural technology mostly focuses on the willingness of farmers to adopt green agricultural technology,and the research on the path of technology popularization is relatively few.Therefore,based on the theory of public goods,effective government and efficient market,and agricultural technology diffusion theory,this paper studies the realization path of green agricultural technology extension,and discusses the important role of effective government and efficient market on green agricultural technology extension.Based on the above research purposes,this paper firstly sorted out the characteristics of green agricultural technology and practical problems existing in the current promotion process by referring to relevant literature,and summarized and compared the main contents and advantages and disadvantages of the government-led and market-oriented green agricultural technology promotion modes.Secondly,this paper summarizes the specific situation of "rice and shrimp co-farming" mode in the whole country and the development stage,practical practice and achievements of "rice and shrimp co-farming" technology promotion in Guangshan County,Henan Province.Thirdly,based on the extension practice of "rice-shrimp co-farming" technology,the realization path of green agricultural technology extension was put forward,and the important role of effective government,effective market and their complementary coordination on green agricultural technology extension was analyzed.Finally,the characteristics and successful experience of green agricultural technology promotion in the United States and Japan were summarized by combing relevant literature,the important was summarized.Through research in this paper,the following conclusions: first,compared with the traditional agricultural technology green agriculture technology has high positive effective market is an important medium connecting agricultural producers and consumers,and an important driving force for the promotion of "rice and shrimp co-farming" technology.Fourthly,the complementary coordination between effective government and efficient market is a necessary condition for the effective promotion of green agricultural technology."Youwei" has provided the government with incentive policies,investment and exchange platforms for the promotion of green agricultural technology,compensated for the cost of technology use,and provided appropriate incentives to the market.The efficient market plays a role in the allocation of resources in the promotion of green agricultural technology,establishes the mechanism of interest connection,and arouses the enthusiasm of all participants.Effective government and efficient market have the functions of resource complementation and mechanism coordination in technology popularization,and the complementary coordination between them is the realization condition of effective technology popularization.
