| Agriculture has always played an important role in China’s development process.In the new development stage,agriculture needs to be taken as the support in the process of promoting industrialization and urbanization.Developing green agriculture is also an integral part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.However,with the acceleration of industrialization and urban-rural integration,ecological civilization issues such as white pollution and water pollution have gradually emerged,seriously affecting the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture.With the changes in the basic contradictions of our society,people’s requirements for the quality of agricultural products have significantly increased,and the existing quality of agricultural products cannot meet people’s needs.Against the backdrop of ecological protection and high-quality development strategies in the Yellow River Basin,as one of the main agricultural production areas in China,the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province is an inevitable choice for the development of agriculture in the new era.It is necessary to promote the green development process of agriculture,change the current situation of high investment and high pollution in traditional agriculture,and ensure high-quality supply of agricultural products.This paper first defines the concept of agricultural green development efficiency based on the theory of sustainable development,total factor production and green agriculture,and analyzes the current situation of agricultural green development efficiency in the Yellow River basin of Shandong Province from the perspective of input and output.Secondly,an empirical study was conducted using the super efficiency SBM model,using indicators such as labor,plastic agricultural film,fertilizers,pesticides,machinery,etc.as input factors,the total agricultural output value as expected output,and agricultural non-point source pollution and carbon emissions as non expected output to construct an empirical model.The efficiency of agricultural green development was measured,and the efficiency changes of nine cities in the region from 2006 to 2020 were analyzed from both static and dynamic perspectives.Finally,indicators such as agricultural mechanization level,fiscal support for agriculture level,agricultural scale level,agricultural structure,and urban-rural development differences are used as explanatory variables.Based on the efficiency values measured above,the dependent variable is used to analyze the impact of these factors on the green development efficiency of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province using the Tobit model.Through a comprehensive evaluation of the green development of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province,identify the problems that exist in the process of green development of agriculture,and propose suggestions and measures for agricultural ecological efficiency in Shandong Province,promote high-quality development of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province,and assist in promoting rural revitalization and construction. |
