In recent years,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather has brought great inconvenience to outdoor work practitioners.In order to reduce the hazards caused by the harsh environment to the human body and to ensure the thermal comfort of the human body,this dissertation designs and produces a thermal balance suit for outdoor operation from the perspective of human thermal balance.The comfort of heat balance clothing is experimentally studied in the way of human wearing,and an intelligent temperature control system of heat balance clothing based on PID algorithm is designed and developed,which has certain guiding significance for the further development of wearable devices.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)From the perspective of human body heat balance,the heat transfer model between human body-thermal balance suit-environment was constructed.The relationship between cooling,heating and each parameter is analyzed.The relationship between cooling efficiency and circulating water flow rate,inlet and outlet water temperature difference in a hot environment is experimentally verified.At the same time,the heating performance of different electric heating fabrics is tested.And it is pointed that the heating efficiency can be controlled to meet the requirements of human thermal comfort in cold environment.(2)Based on the above theoretical calculations,the parameters of the clothing style,cooling and heating function modules were selected and designed,the control system control mode was determined.Then the production of the thermal balance suit was completed.A microclimate chamber was built to simulate different ambient temperatures for human comfort test research,and the results showed that the thermal balance suit cooled in a high temperature environment,making the human torso skin temperature drop by 1℃-1.1℃,and the cooling capacity was 104W-129 W.And the thermal balance suit heated in a low temperature environment,making the human torso skin temperature rise to the thermoneutral range of 32.1℃-33.6℃ within 2min.(3)Based on the experimental results of thermal comfort,an intelligent temperature control system based on PID algorithm is designed and developed,and comfort tests were conducted.The results show that the temperature control system can achieve temperature adaptive control of the thermal balance suit,so that the human torso temperature always fluctuates around 32.1℃-33.6℃,avoiding the human body ‘sudden cold’ and ‘low temperature burns’ situation.In addition,in order to facilitate the management of operators and enhance safety performance,the control system is also used to achieve intelligent positioning of the wearer and other Io T functions.
