Coal has been the cornerstone of China’s energy structure.However,the natural fire of coal seam can cause the waste of large amount of coal resources and at the same time,it can also threaten the mine safety production.The coal seam where 12413 working face of Selian mine is located is easy to spontaneous combustion coal seam,the natural fire period is short,110 work method is used to cut the top and unload the pressure to return to the wind chute to stay along the air to achieve no coal column mining,along with the Y-type ventilation method,with the mining of this coal seam,the dynamic development of fissures in the mining area,the leakage of wind increases,if the occurrence of spontaneous combustion of coal will become a heavy impact on coal mine safety production.In this paper,we mainly use the programmed warming test of coal to conduct experimental research on coal spontaneous combustion parameters of coal samples from this working face and the side preparation face,so as to obtain the parameters of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics such as oxygen consumption rate and shortest natural firing period,and select the index gas;after the combination of field observation and numerical simulation,we determine the distribution pattern of gas content in the area of the mining void,the intensity of air leakage and other conditions,and the distribution of oxygen content in the area of the mining void Finally,the distribution of the "three zones" of coal spontaneous combustion in the mining area under the current development conditions is clarified,which provides an important basis for the prevention and control of natural coal seam fires.Based on the coal procedure warming experiment,numerical simulation and field observation,the coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technology adapted to the actual conditions of the face is proposed when the coal seam is mined without coal pillar,thus forming a coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technology system in the mining area in line with the actual working conditions of12413 working face of Selian II Mine.It guides the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion on site and ensures the safe and efficient recovery of the working face.Figure [48] Table [14] Reference [82]... |
