| Ball valves are widely used in various industrial fields because of their strong sealing performance,simple structure,easy operation,and quick opening and closing.In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the use environment of ball valves has become more and more complex,especially in the chlor-alkali industry,the operating conditions of ball valves generally have the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,strong corrosion,etc.,which puts forward the quality of ball valve products.higher requirements.Due to the poor corrosion resistance of ordinary metal ball valves,the failure of ordinary metal ball valves in strong corrosive environments can easily lead to the loss of people’s lives and property.There is a clear gap between the level and foreign countries,and enterprises are often more inclined to import products.In order to improve the quality of glass fiber reinforced plastic ball valve in a certain enterprise,this paper takes the ball valve opening and closing part sphere as an example to optimize the research on the two factors affecting the quality of the molding process and the mold structure.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The theory of fiber reinforced plastic molding is studied,and the relationship between the process conditions of molding and the process performance of molding material and its influence on the molding process are analyzed,and the curing models of various composite materials molding process are introduced.By analyzing the causes of product quality defects,the importance of optimizing the compression molding process parameters and mold structure is proved.(2)The three process conditions of forming pressure,forming temperature and pressure holding time are used as influencing factors,and the tensile strength and bending strength of standard specimens are used as evaluation indicators.On this basis,single-factor tests and orthogonal tests are designed respectively.The single factor test results show that when the molding pressure exceeds 9MPa,or when the molding temperature exceeds 160℃,the tensile strength and flexural strength of the specimen begin to decrease gradually;when the holding time is in the range of 10~30min,the mechanical properties of the specimen increase with When the holding time is in the range of 30~60min,the mechanical properties of the specimen weaken with the increase of the holding time;the intuitive analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal test results show that the FRP ball valve opening and closing parts The optimum level combination of compression molding process parameters is the molding pressure of 8MPa,the molding temperature of 150℃,and the pressure holding time of 30 min.(3)The heating structure and cavity structure of the mold structure are optimized respectively.In the research of heating structure,it is firstly determined that heat is mainly transferred inside the mold by means of heat conduction.According to the model,three optimization schemes are proposed for the original heating structure,and the three optimization schemes are analyzed and calculated by ANSYS finite element software.%,which basically meets the standard requirements of the industry;in the research of the cavity structure,the precision research on the size of the mold cavity is carried out based on ANSYS,and the final cavity size obtained by the analysis is 60.2921 mm.The precision mold is used to carry out the product production test,and the product size is basically consistent with the simulation design results. |
