In recent years,intelligent hydrogels have attracted more and more attention,because they can respond to external stimuli and produce physical property changes.Traditional intelligent hydrogels can only deal with the response of a single stimulus.However,various biological processes in nature are often the result of adapting to a variety of environmental changes,rather than a single factor.Therefore,it is very necessary to study an intelligent gel that can respond to a variety of stimuli at the same time.In this paper,the synthesis of multiple sensitive smart gel and devices is the research purpose,and the following research contents are completed:Multi sensitive homopolymer hydrogels were prepared by photoinitiated polymerization with methacrylic acid(MAAc)as monomer and soaking in calcium acetate(Ca Ac).The water content,room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties of the gel were studied.By increasing the temperature of the gel,the strength and modulus of the gel were increased dozens of times.The response of gel transmittance to ambient temperature and solution concentration was systematically studied.It was concluded that the low critical miscibility temperature(LCST)of gel decreased with the increase of monomer concentration,and the concentration sensitivity of gel increased with the increase of solution concentration difference.The cold shape memory performance of gel was studied,and an intelligent gel device which can erase information was successfully designed.Based on the above research foundation of PMAAc homopolymer hydrogels,acrylic acid(AAc)and MAAc were copolymerized as monomers to prepare multi sensitive copolymer hydrogels.By increasing the content of MAAc,the water content of gel was increased,the swelling property of gel was improved,and the recovery time of shape memory was shortened;By increasing the content of AAc,the LCST of gel is reduced,the temperature sensitive response speed of light transmittance is accelerated,and the mechanical properties of gel are improved.Compared with homopolymer gel,the concentration sensitive properties of copolymerized gel have a wider range of regulation,and the function of erasing information of gel devices is also realized.Using pmaac homopolymer gel as matrix,photosensitive components such as infrared photothermal component copper sulfide(CuS)and UV photosensitive materials were introduced to prepare multi sensitive composite hydrogels sensitive to near-infrared laser and UV light respectively.The mechanical properties and temperature sensitive properties of the composite gel were studied.The structure and properties of the gel were characterized by optical microscope and Raman spectrometer.The gel was tested by near-infrared laser(NIR)and UV light.The introduction of photosensitive components successfully endowed gel with various photosensitive properties,which is expected to become a potential practical gel device.
