| Facing the changes and challenges of the pharmaceutical market,pharmaceutical enterprise Plant B needs to upgrade its infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainable development.Reconstruction projects are carried out in a large number in Plant B.This paper studies the deficiencies of the construction safety management of the Plant B’s reconstruction project,establishes the evolutionary game model of Plant B and the construction company,analyzes the construction safety operation of the construction company under the supervision of Plant B by using system dynamics,and verifies the model through the case study of the actual reconstruction project,which finally improves the effectiveness of the construction safety management of Plant B.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this study sorts out the research content of construction safety management in domestic and foreign construction projects,and summarizes the reasons for the construction safety accidents in reconstruction projects.At the same time,compared with the traditional construction project safety management,the construction safety management of plant B reconstruction project has the characteristics of no construction supervisor participation,frequent interaction with daily business operations of plant B,but short project period.Secondly,conduct the game payment matrix of Plant B and the construction company.Through the stability analysis,it is clear that the game has a stable state.The system dynamics simulation analysis is carried out by using Vensim PLE version software.It is concluded that the safety investment of both units is the main factor affecting the safe operation of the construction unit.The analysis shows that: Factory B strengthens the investment in construction safety management and the construction unit strengthens the investment in safe operation,that is,both parties increase the investment in safety management resources and effectively utilize them,which can ensure the effective construction safety supervision of reconstruction project,the stable and safe operation of the construction company.Finally,by increasing safety investment then formulating improving safety management organization and personnel,strengthening safety inspection,strengthening hazard identification management and other measures.Through the case study of 3 reconstruction projects implemented by the construction company in Plant B,the model parameters are quantified based on the real data of the case,and the existing system dynamics model is used for simulation analysis.The results show that: in the game process of construction safety management of Plant B reconstruction project,Plant B actively increased the investment of safety management resources and strengthened the safety supervision of the construction company,so that the construction company strengthened the investment of project construction safety management,and finally ensures that the construction company maintains a stable construction safety operation state when carrying out the reconstruction project construction. |
