| The implementation of rural revitalization is a major strategic deployment in my country,and the "Toilet Revolution" in rural areas is an indispensable key link.Carrying out the "Toilet Revolution" can improve the living environment of farmers,enhance the appearance of villages,and reduce the incidence of intestinal diseases.However,it is not an easy task to improve,use and maintain the toilet well.It involves many aspects such as economic strength,political ability,ecological culture and so on.At present,my country’s "Toilet Revolution" has achieved remarkable results to a certain extent,but there are also some urgent problems to be solved in the actual promotion process.How to better respond to national policies and further improve the "Toilet Revolution" is a matter of become the focus of this research.This paper selects W County as the research object.The data of toilet renovation shows that the coverage of sanitary toilets in W County has reached more than 90%,which has practical research value.Comprehensively using the literature method and survey method(field research,questionnaire method,interview method),based on the theory of good governance,a theoretical analysis framework of the "Toilet Revolution" in the rural areas of W County was constructed.The dimension was taken as the first-level indicator,and 22 second-level indicators were extended to conduct questionnaire surveys and on-the-spot interviews.After analyzing the survey results and interview contents,it was found that during the implementation process of the "Toilet Revolution" in rural areas of W County,the masses lacked enthusiasm for toilet improvement,and the information disclosure was not comprehensive and timely.The "People-Oriented" awareness of government personnel needs to be strengthened,and the quality of toilets needs to be improved.The reasons are that the main body of the government lacks the concept of "Citizen-Oriented" governance;the channels for the public to participate in governance are not smooth;the implementation of the responsibilities of multiple subjects is not in place;long-term The effective supervision and management mechanism is not perfect.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper changes from relying on goodwill governance to realize "Government Promotion" to "Multi-subject Participation";explore good governance and improve the channels of collaborative governance among the masses;practice good governance and build a diversified governance system;uphold good governance,implementing the four major directions of the concept of sustainable development,and put forward suggestions for improvement of the "Toilet Revolution" in W County,providing theoretical reference for ensuring the smooth implementation of the "Toilet Revolution" in the rural areas of W County,and also contributing experience to other areas with the same problems. |
