In recent years,the three-dimensional fabric as reinforcement,resin,ceramic materials as the matrix,combined into three-dimensional textile structure composite material,are widely used in aviation,aerospace,navigation and other high-end equipment.The existing three-dimensional loom is basically transformed by two-dimensional loom,and still have the disadvantages of inefficiency,large consumption of machine materials and so on.This paper analyzes the weaving principle and structural characteristics of the Swiss Sulzer M8300 and British Bentley Orbit series-shed loom,and designs a three-dimensional double-layer plain fabric.On the basis of weaving principle,A virtual prototype of series-shed loom which can weave the pattern of double-layer plain fabric is designed.The loom overcomes the shortcomings of the existing series-shed loom,and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low consumption.It can weave three dimensional double-layer fabrics,and has broad development prospects and application value.In the environment of Pro/E,this paper designs the weaving roller,air jet weft insertion system,shedding system of double-layer series-shed loom respectively;In the AnsysWorkbench environment,the dynamic characteristics of the roller are calculated and the structural rigidity and mass distribution of the roller are optimized.The rationality of the relative structural parameters of the air jet weft insertion system is verified in the FLUENT environment.In the environment of multibody dynamics software ADAMS,a virtual prototype of the whole machine is constructed,which verifies whether the motion parameters and the synergies of the three-dimensional double-layer series looms satisfy the design requirements.The details are as follows:First,on the basis of the existing weaving principle of multi-shed looms,this paper innovate the design of the three-dimensional double-layer plain fabric,and put forward the principle of weaving process on the double-layer multi-shed loom.According to the principle of weaving,the timing and machine structure scheme of the major mechanisms of double-layer multi-shed looms are designed.Second,under the Pro/E software environment,the key component of the double-layer multi-shed loom,the weaving roller structure,is designed.In AnsysWorkbench,the dynamic and static characteristic of the roller structure of the double-layer multi-shed loom is analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the structure of the roller is improved.and the rationality of the improved structure is verified in AnsysWorkbench;finally,the structure of the weaving roller is determined.Thirdly,under the Pro/E software environment,The structure of the main nozzle,the auxiliary nozzle and the novel auxiliary nozzle structure for weft insertion system of the double-layer multi-shed loom are designed.In the FLUENT software environment,the optimum center distance between two layers of reeds groove and the optimal jetting angle of the auxiliary nozzle embedded structure are calculated and determined,and the external air flow of the auxiliary nozzle with different nozzle shape and innovative design is analyzed and calculated.Fourth,under the environment of Pro/E,two different shedding mechanisms is designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of shedding mechanisms is compared.Finally,the cam shedding mechanism is chosen as the double layer multi-shed loom.According to the principle of multi-shed loom,the actual contour curve of groove cam was calculated under MATLAB environment.The three-dimensional model of cam mechanism is established in Pro/E.The cam shedding device is verified in the Pro/E Mechanism environment.Finally,under the environment of Adams,a virtual prototype of the multi-shed loom is established.The co-simulation analysis of the whole loom is carried out.The contact force,swinging speed,turning speed and acceleration of the swinging shaft are calculated.
