The quality of raw milk is one of the key factors to ensure the quality of dairy products.This paper takes four pastures in Ulanqab city in 2020(code a,B,C,d)as the research object to analyze the quality of raw milk.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the color of raw milk is inherently milky white,its taste and smell are free of peculiar smell,the organizational state is free of milky white spots and substances,and the sensory indicators of raw milk meet the national standards.(2)The production of raw milk with excessive acidity is mainly concentrated between June and September.The reason for the excessive acidity of raw milk is related to the failure to cool in time,so the raw milk needs to be cooled in time after extrusion.Secondly,ensure the sealing and sanitation of milking tools,and try to shorten the transportation time during the transportation of raw milk,because reasonable transportation is one of the key factors to control the quality of raw milk.(3)The residues of raw milk veterinary drugs in the four pastures all met the national limit standards,but the positive detection rate of veterinary drug residues reached 3.21%.The total number of raw milk colonies meets the national standard,but the total number of raw milk colonies of pasture B is high from July to September,and the total number of raw milk colonies is(58.22±2.56)×10~5-(109.83±2.64)×10~5CFU Between.The number of raw milk somatic cells in the four pastures was significantly different,and the number of raw milk somatic cells was(15.00±0.66)×10~4-(35.03±1.56)×10~4.(4)Control measures for the problems of raw milk in Wulanchabu City:first,strictly control the sensory indicators of raw milk in accordance with the national standard.Secondly,the raw milk needs to be cooled in time after extrusion,so as to ensure the sealing,cleanness and hygiene of milking tools and shorten the transportation time of raw milk.Strengthen the environmental sanitation management of the cowshed,and clean the feces in time to avoid cow disease.Thirdly,strengthen the management personnel to standardize the operation and reduce the invasion of foreign microorganisms.Strengthen the feeding management of dairy cows and optimize the proportion of feed formula.Finally,strictly control the use of veterinary drugs during the period when cows get sick,and carry out the rest period after cows recover,so as to ensure the quality of raw milk.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the control of raw milk quality in Wulanchabu city.
